+ -1 moreWe had just purchased an old house where the boiler was 30+ years old and had not been used in at least a year. We didn't know if we'd need to repair or replace it. John was a referral from our realtor. It took us a while to connect and set an appointment, but then he came out and gave us a free estimate. We then set a date to do the work, and he came on time, did the job, got our whole system running, and even charged us less than his estimate.
