+ -1 moreThe the plumber was unable to complete the job when he came he had to order parts . Plumber stated that someone would call when the parts came in When I did not hear from anyone for 2 days I called. Nancy who answered the phone was rude and implied I lied when I stated that no one called they rescheduled for Saturday. The dispatcher called and stated that Scott would be there in 40 minutes an hour later Nancy called and stated he was not coming. Again she was rude. When asked to speak to a supervisor she gave me dispatcher. I would never use this service again. They do not understand customer service nor do they value a customer.
Description of Work: The plumber was professional although pricy for the repairs period to replace a bolt in the toilet and replace a faucet in a tub was $200
