Great!!! They were really responsive.

I called late morning. The gal said she was out in her car, she’d call me when she got back to the office, by 3:30. 24 hours later, still NO RETURNED CALL. I had it cleaned by someone else, who was prompt and did a terrific job. The day AFTER it was cleaned, I got her return call asking to set up a time!

We recently purchased a new home and needed to have all of the carpets, tile, and hardwood floors cleaned. We contacted Aaron and received a quick response and appointment for the day after we closed. He arrived on-time and did an excellent professional job on all of the floors. It went very well. I received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment and a notice when he was on his way. Arron was very nice and took time to answer my questions about the chemicals and the process he uses. He was also very honest about how well the sofa would "clean up". It has a few years on it and he wanted to make sure that I understood that it wouldn't be like new but it would be clean. I appreciated that.

They called to let me know they were running 30 minutes behind due to work. I said fine and they came in and cleaned the 3 bedrooms, living rm. & the dining room. Took about an hour. Well done. I thanked Aaron for his professionalism.

Aaron returned my call quickly and was able to schedule service within a few days. He fully explained the cleaning process, provided options and helped me pick the best service for my needs. On the day of the appointment, he called before he arrived, took care of everything as promised and the rugs look great! He is very professional and I woild definitely use his company again and recommend highly to others.

Great. Aaron is very responsive; he is careful to answer every call. He showed up close to the appointment time. He was very interested in doing a good job. He actually uses hot steam to clean the carpets, which I think is more effective than other methods. He appears to be very conscientious and talks about using more water and less chemical. He was very nice and polite. In an area called "Lower Slower Delaware", you're lucky if a service provider will answer a call, return a call, and show up for the appointment. This guy is a rare service provider who will do all that and a good job.
