I needed to replace my roof and used Home Advisor and Angi as a starting point for estimates. Randy from Coastal Home Roofing called almost immediately, and we quickly set-up an appointment time for an estimate. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of Coastal Home Roofing from the start. I did get other estimates for comparison but went with Coastal Home Roofing because Sam, Randy and Andrea communicated so well and provided the quality and product I was looking for in a new roof. We did have some weather and scheduling to contend with but the day the roof installation was scheduled the crew from Coastal Home Roofing were on time, worked hard and finished the job in one day. My property was cleaned-up professionally and my new roof looked great. I highly recommend Coastal Home Roofing to anyone because of the high quality of product and outstanding work they all do.

Removed 2 layers and put on new shingles in 10 hours and did a good job cleaning up. Big crew got it done.

I chose Coastal Home Roofing over 6 other estimates. Price was reasonable. It was what I had anticipated. Contract was simple but effective. They secured my roof leak prior to scheduled work. Best part was no payment until work was done to owner satisfaction. I was very satisfied. This is a must have estimate for your roof job and you will more than likely choose them. Started. At 7:00 am was told would be day and half.by 2:00 pm was finished and was cleaning up. Everyone worked professionally, and was told what to expect. Manager came back and expected the work to make sure we were satisfied. would highly recommend this company

Fantastic work from start to finish. We contacted numerous roofers in the area for quotes. Sam and Coastal Home was the only one that responded within a day, offered a honest and reasonable sense of what was needed, problem areas, and things that needed addressing, and got back with us immediately. With Sam's professional manner and conduct we expected the finest work, but at a paramount cost. However, after receiving numerous other quotes coming in several days late (and that's if the company even bothered showing up to give a quote); Sam and Coastal Home came in surprisingly at the lowest amount. As for the work, the crew showed up at 7:45 and were completely done at ~6:15 that afternoon, staying late to finish up the job. We were sure this was going to be a 2-3 day job, however his crew started immediately upon arrival and did not stop until complete that day, even fixing all surrounding landscaping and sweeping the entire yard for nails and debris. There were no hidden fees in the final bill, Sam was spot on with his initial quote, what needed to be replaced, fixed, what that cost would be, and the final bill reflected that amount. The entire process went so smoothly and professionally it was unbelievable. In dealing with another major roofing company in the area, I felt as though I was dealing with used car salesmen, lots of pandering, extra warranties that we "could" receive given the right amount. "Gold" or "Silver" stamped price plans that made me feel as though there was some fine print and hidden costs somewhere waiting to arise at the end of the deal. My wife and I felt none of this dealing with Coastal Home. Sam was upfront, honest, and got right to work. The work got done right, quickly, and most importantly we felt Sam actually cared that we were happy with the finished product and took pride in that fact. I wish that all companies worked as well and smoothly as this went."

Excellent company to do business with. Very professional in providing the estimate, scheduling the work to be completed and providing details of the invoice. The interaction with company personnel was outstanding throughout the entire project. Not only was the project done in an outstanding way, the cost of the project was over $2,000 less than the closest estimate.

Great workmanship and price

They were prompt in getting me an estimate. Answered any questions I had for them. The workers arrived on time and worked all day to repair and replaced the entire roof. Excellent job. Most of all Sam and Andrea were pleasant and helpful.One company, I would highly recommend. Give them a call.

The roof installation went as smoothly as all of the other interactions I have had with this company. The work crew was very professional--all knew what was expected of them. They worked quickly, but carefully, and did an excellent job. Of course, success in re-roofing is a long term event. And that is where I have complete confidence in this company. Would recommend them.
