+ -1 moreA great man to work with, easy going, friendly. He offered advise on a variety of issues and was right there on the job everyday for the 2 week period. Over last 6 months the job has stood up as promised. Wayne did special treatments, added materials and other things not called for in the contract, nor paid for by me.
Description of Work: I purchased 5 rooms and hall of hardwood flooring from Mike's Carpet of Fenwick Island, DE and Wayne and his men performed the installation.

hardwood floor
+ -1 morePutting hardwood flooring on the entire first floor of my home was a very stressful experience that was made far more bearable thanks to Wayne Anderson and his wonderful crew of workers.
Description of Work: Sub-contractor, working through Mike's Carpet Connection, who installed over 1800 square feet of exotic hardwood flooring in my private residence. I do not have knowledge of how much of the $25,000 I paid to the retailer (I guessed $8,000.), but the owner/installation foreman Wayne Anderson was worth much more to me in terms of suggestions, personal assistance, meeting my time schedule, fast completion and down-to-earth friendly individual. He re-did the stain on toe-molding that I screwed up, used more expensive glue, wrapped several bed supports, installed a piece of scrap carpet on my garage steps, plus he researched and purchased a special cleaner to work with the products I purchased; AND HE DID ALL THAT FREE OF CHARGE.
