Building a home is stressful, but everyone involved in the process made sure we knew and understood everything every step of the way. It was a great experience. Corey has personally followed up to be sure any concerns we had have been addressed and has gone the extra mile to be sure we are satisfied. Everyone we have worked with in the company have been courteous, competent and professional. We would recommend them for any of your construction and home needs.

Corey's Construction is absolutely amazing!!! They worked hard to make sure all our dreams for our forever home became a reality. They addressed any issues or concerns we had in a timely and professional manner. This was a new process for me and they took the time to walked me through the process and to make sure I understood what was happening during the entire build. I know I probably asked a lot of stupid questions but they never made me feel that way or like I was bothering them. Kitchen deemed structurly unsound after remodel by 3 separate contractors and home inspector. They also caused extensive damage to dinni room floor. Destroyed foyer floor beyond repair. Must be replaced.

This project was a train-wreck from start to finish. It was poorly planned and executed. The subs ran the job with little to no supervision, which caused major problems and delays. The project was to be completed in 8-10 months, it took well over a year. The contractor always had an excuse and someone else to blame. The project was over budget because the contractor didn't bother to get actual quotes for big ticket items before we signed a contract (ie septic: budget $13k actual $25k) and also because of the lack of supervision, jobs had to be redone two and three times. There was no forward thinking or planning on the project (ie: the refrigerator sticks out of the cabinet by 10", even though he had the specs and the placement before any drywall went up). The work is sloppy, and he does cut a lot of corners. The only thing worse than this contractors attention to detail is his customer service and professionalism. I just wanted to share with you a few examples of his work. He expressed that i strong armed him into redoing work because I did not like my decision. That is untrue as you can see by my example: Family Room window. I asked for the window in the top frame, obviously very different than the bottom. I strong armed him to fix it. Dining room. I asked for columns but structurally couldn't have them because of the chase. So I asked for faux columns. The top picture is what I wanted. The bottom picture was not even close. Strong armed him again. (There are many more examples) As far as the budget goes, he NEVER kept me informed. We were always close. What does that mean? Workmanship, he flooded the basement because he didn't cap off some pipes or grade the yard. The snow melted and water flooded in after the drywall was installed. He said we wouldn't have mold, we had mold. He also didn't not want to pay to have the mold properly remediated. That was $4500. There was a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. The tub was not caulked. The leak still continued. Hired a plumber and found out there was no gasket on the return drain. This contractor had absolutely no attention to detail. What he is best at is sales. Great salesman, too bad he can't deliver.

This builder will cut corners, is not dependable and is not punctual.
