Charles Owen did a Fantastic job. Walked me through entire process. I knew what was happening throughout the whole experience. My neighbors have complimented on how nice it looks. He came by after they finished just to check in and make sure everything went well. This type of customer service is rare and totally appreciated. I've already referred them to 2 friends.

Bryan, the field project manager, ensured that everything was completed smoothly from the start. He completed the inspection process very thoroughly and worked with our insurance company to ensure we were up to code. The work is flawless! Got in touch with them on a Friday afternoon to look at some siding that was leading to water getting into the garage and they quickly came out the following Monday morning to inspect the property and had someone over to fix it the next day when it wasn't raining. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and communication.

I called them out to look at some siding trim (apparently called a "J-Channel") that had come loose during a recent wind storm. They repaired the loose trim for me, and did a complete roof inspection. Fortunately, there was no other damage to the roof itself. I found them trustworthy, capable, courteous, and professional. I'll definitely use them for jobs like this in the future.

Wind had pulled the siding off the side of my home so it had to be replaced. Bryan Barrera was my field manager for this project and from the beginning he worked with my insurance company to make sure the entire side was replaced and brought up to code. The final product looks great and matches the other siding perfectly.

Took over 2 months to take care of roughly 2k worth of exterior work. Communication was poor and workers would just show up without calling numerous times. we have a baby and we both work from home, so surprise pop-ups to bang on the roof and walls just really rubbed me the wrong way.

Skyfall Exteriors, LLC. defines how Contractors should treat their Customers, and sets a new bar for quality. We recently installed a new roof, and contracted Skyfall to perform a 3rd party roof inspection to ensure we could sign the job completion documents with peace of mind. Troy Billups performed a roof inspection for us this morning. After initially estimating that the work might take 30 minutes, he spent over an hour on the roof to make sure he documented every issue he found. Troy took pictures of all affected areas, and even chalked them up for us. Following his inspection, Troy took the time to walk me through the pictures, explaining exactly what we were looking at. We are expecting a complete report with line by line defects and corresponding images so we can go back to our original contractor for remediation. If all contractors were as honest, and trustworthy as this group, it would make homeownership so much easier. My *only* regret, is that we didn't contact Troy to install this roof in the first place. A+ rating, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troy or his team to my closest friends and family.

Fernando was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We hired Skyfall to inspect our roof which had been replaced due to substandard installation and would have leaked within a year. Fernando spent about 45 minutes up on our roof, checking the installation and taking photos. He gave us a written report with photographs of the problems he found so we can make the other roofing company repair those.
