Description of Work: We have used this company to prune our garden shrubs (yews, azaleas, hollies, holly grapes, you name it). They do such a nice job keeping everything healthy. Their methods are to trim from within, so leaving no obviously butchered plant. Our overgrown yews were taken "back" very carefully over a few years to where we needed them. They know how to do it, we don't. Love them.

Description of Work: This visit was a follow up from their first visit in the fall. We choose them based on their great reputation and the options of their services. They allow you to be a involved as you want to be and have pricing that reflects those options. They fill that critical need between lawn and tree services. All the middle growing plants between the land and sky-the roses, shrubs, and all other manner of plantings were put right by their expert hands. Our overgrown space has been transformed to the mature look we always wanted but were overwhelmed by the process of creating. The thing that stands out is that like a great "makeover" they brought out the very best of what we have without any visible signs that such extreme work was done and the results were spectacular. The cost of the first visit was $1815 for almost the entire property. The follow-up visit to prune the roses and hydrangea was $137. I mention this as the first visit they really had their work cut out for them as almost every plant needed major work and because they truly know their plants,they needed to wait till spring to prune them. They also can put you on a reminder list to notify you when it is time for a touch up. Given the cost of creating the landscape, Yankee Clippers are absolutely the best company to maintain it.
