They come in with a team of four or five people. They finish it in about an hour or forty five minutes. They have one person who just does the bathrooms, one person who does vacuuming, one person who does the kitchen and one person who does the dusting. They get in and out fairly quickly and they charge $100. They are able to come every other week and they are very accommodating without changing their schedules. I would continue to use them in the future.

The management at this company is great - they are extremely responsive. My only complaint is that the "crew" that comes seems to be in too much of a hurry to get the job done (though I don't know how long they're there) because the job isn't always amazing. For instance, they won't run a cycle of laundry because they say there's not enough time in the two hours to put the sheets back on the bed. I am going to see if they can send a different crew or less people for more time - maybe that will improve the service.

Augustine is terrific at customer service. The team that comes is thorough, but not quiet if you need that.

Picked them from the list based on the rating. Contacted them for an estimate. Owner Augustine contacted me promptly and scheduled a walk through in order to provide the estimate. I approved. We found a mutually agreeable time slot. A crew of three arrived on time (along with Augustine for the first visit). They did an outstanding job. Extremely happy with the service.

The Velez service arrives as a team with all supplies and equipment necessary to clean a house. We have them clean two bedrooms, an upstairs bath, our main floor (small study; small library; living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and half-bath) and our basement level (one carpeted room w/ full bath). Each member of the team specializes on one or more types of rooms or functions, e.g., bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming, etc. They start immediately upon entering the house and work quickly until finished. They are in and out in about 90 minutes. Very reliable. Understanding of last minute cancellation; will work to find substitute date.

Everything from the floors to the bathtub always looks great. I never have to worry that my home is going to look terrific when they are finished. They always pay attention to even the smallest details. My house is clean and smells great when they are done.

This is a fantastic cleaning service. Augustine (co-owner) schedules all cleaning services and he is a joy to work with -- very customer friendly, honest, and does whatever he can to meet your needs. The cleaning crews are very good for the most part (some are better than others but overall they are very good). Good price, good workers, good customer service.
