Initially everything was great. However, landlord still found dirt and build up in the system and behind filters. All in all, very nice but ended up paying for the service and an additional $400 fee to the landlord!

The young man was polite, punctual and explained how he would accomplish his tasks. When dragging a large and weighty vacuum to the house, a protruding metal from the unit damaged and displaced several stones from the porch and stair risers. He immediately suggested that a friend could repair the damage and set about calling that person. When the "repair" person arrived, he and the Vanilla representative agreed, with each other, that the damaged could be repaired and Vanilla was to pay $250 for the repairs. Upon returning to the porch, the repair person had purchased Tile mastic, a product not recommended for heavy stone masonry. The repair person also suggested to me that for an additional $100 paid by me, he would dress up additional loose stones. He was asked to leave the property. The contractor who had a month earlier installed the stone porch was contacted and agreed to return and correct the damage for the $250 to be paid by Vanilla. It should be noted that when the Vanilla rep completed the job, had packed his material and readied his departure, he suggested that I should call Angie's List and report that I had changed my mind, the job had not been done and request a refund of the fee charged to my credit card. He implied that we could then consider the "refunded fees" as payment for the porch damage. He was advised that a fraud of that nature would not be entertained and I would expect his check for $250 via the mails or seek appropriate legal action.. His check was received several weeks later, has been negotiated, and the damaged porch repaired. I would not recommend this service/company for the reasons stated above Please note however, the vent/duct cleaning service was satisfactory.

It went very well and mold was also discovered in the ductwork above the "A-coil" so this was treated ( treated for mold spores) and Vanilla Clean made the recommendation for UV light to prevent mold spores from spreading. It was worth it... and we saw with a flashlight, what they were referring to. ( this was an additional 175.00, BUT was well worth it).

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the guy I talked to was very pleasant on the phone. They arrived for my appointment on time, and the employee was very polite. He was very thorough, and the service didn't take as long as I thought it would. I am soooo glad I finally had the service done. It was well overdue, and plan on scheduling the service again with them; the dust seems to accumulate to quickly. Final note: couldn't even tell they were there other than having done a fantastic job! Thank you Vanilla Clean! I will refer you to all of my family and friends.

Everything was great. Val arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He did a very throughout job cleaning the AC ducts. I would definitely use him again.

I'm so grateful to these guys! Our home got flooded and Vanilla Clean took care of everything from start to finish! From removing the old carpets to drying the floors and walls, and after all the drying and rebuilding was done they came over again and cleared the air by cleaning the HVAC air ducts. I defiantly recommend them for their customer service and great professional work!

I moved into a townhouse that had a mold issue and the air duct system that needed a serious cleaning. Val and his team came out and went above and beyond the call of duty. did ok job. showed me how to clean the blower on my HVAC system. added a biocide, which may or may not have been wasted money. lots of dust in the house after they finished. buy a few filter so you can change out after the cleaning and again the next day.
