Alan and his assistant showed up on time and did an excellent job. I didn't realize how dirty our window were until they were sparkling clean. Alan is very professional and offered advice on how to maintain clean windows with very little effort. I will definitely call Squeeky Clean next year.

After moving into our new home a couple of weeks ago we noticed that the windows were completely filthy! They looked as though they hadn't been washed in years and there was lots of grit between the windows and screens. After considering the number of hours it would probably take to clean these thoroughly on my own (with added delays from responding to the cries of my 5 month old baby) I opted instead to call in a professional. I found Squeeky Clean on Angie's List and decided to give them a try based on the glowing recommendations from other satisfied customers. I have to say the service provided by Alan and his team far surpassed any of my expectations. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly and efficient. The team cleaned all 19 of my windows in about two hours, after which Alan gave me some tips to keep my windows sparkling until his next visit. The end result was magnificent! As Alan put it, it was like "seeing the world in HD" through my freshly washed windows. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with lots of windows and very little time! I would give this company an A+ if I could.

The owner rapidly responsed to my request for an estimate. He and his staff came on the scheduled date on time. They rapidly cleaned all our windows inside and out, cleaned he screens and sills. They did a beautiful job. Botht he owner and his staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them and I will plan to call them again.

The company called several days before the appointment and the morning of the appointment. They arrived on time, and took care to lay down towels, etc., to protect the floors. They were very professional, worked at a good pace, and took the time to show me some tricks for washing my windows. They did an extemely good job. I can't believe the difference now, and I will surely have them back on a regular basis in the future. I was very pleased with their work.

Tom and the team arrived at a pre-arranged time and set out to verify what they would be doing. They offered a menu of possibilities including cleaning interior mirrors and windows that remained when additions were put on the main part of the house. They set out to systematically give great service on all the cleaning I needed and completed the entire job, including skylights on the roof, in a fairly brief time, considering that they climbed ladders and added special solutions that resisted water and dirt on the glass. It was all good and the windows remain clean still.

We have a very modern, recently-built home, with new windows that cover an extensive portion of our house, some of which are in unusual or difficult to reach locations. Alan Augustine and Squeeky Clean Window Washing have performed window washing services for us twice, as a yearly service. Each time the result of the work has been great, and the experience has been very good as well. Alan, the company owner, was on-site both times, as a member of the crew doing the work. It was clear that Alan is one of the rare business owners in the home contractor/service industry who sets a high bar of quality for themselves, and intends to meet that quality bar on each job they perform. In addition, Alan is clearly very interested in using modern tools and knowledge to improve the efficiency and results of his work - rather than sticking with the "status quo" of how things are normally done (using power washers with caustic chemicals or bleach), Alan has invested in modern equipment and materials that allows him to perform this work in a highly efficient way, and by using considerably less toxic and environmentally impactful materials than traditional crews would use. I've also appreciated the fact that Alan is very well informed about "green" aspects and impacts of his work, and researches and incorporates products and methods that are consistent with this - as a homeowner who spent 2 years designing and building a very green home, I always respect companies and business owners that think about this and put it into practice, and would always prefer to work with such a company given the choice. Finally, Alan's customer service and professionalism is outstanding - he proactively informs customers about scheduling, shows up when scheduled (barring unforseen circumstances, like weather), is detail and quality oriented when perfming the work, and is very careful while working inside the home, all of which are appreciated, and not necessarily the norm. So, with the combination of great customer service, quality work, and a genuine concern for green principles and improving the results he gets, we have absolutely no complaints, and no reason to think about looking for any other company to work with for window washing services. We'll be scheduling Alan to work at our home again next year.

I was referred by a friend and 2 days after call estimate was provide. work was completed 4 days later. Quality of work was excellent.

Alan's service was excellent, and he was extremely accommodating. We were having floors redone at the same time, and when he came to wash windows, some of the sanding was not completed, even though we expected it to be. He washed a few windows that day, and offered to come back as soon as the sanding was complete. He followed up with us and came back as soon as we needed him.His assistant is excellent, friendly, and nonintrusive while the work is being done. Alan made sure every window gleamed. He did a fantastic job and we will call on him again. You couldn't ask for better customer service or cleaner windows.

It could not have gone better -- they came on time -- were pleasant and non-intrusive. Start to finish, it was a good experioence.
