The team arrived on time and did a great job. They were even able to repair a screen that was torn.

It went great. Alan Augustine, the owner, replied to my email quote inquiry almost immediately, with a reasonable quote, and then we scheduled a date for the next week. He and his assistant arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, then they got right to work. They were courteous, neat and thorough. They even explained ways to keep the windows clean.

They came out and said they did a good job. It was a good deal.

The windows were cleaned well. After they left, I found some of the screens were torn around the edges. I am unsure if they did it or not, but they did say they could not get one of the screens out. This is something they could have told me whether they tore them or not.

Mr. Augustine was friendly, professional, educational, responsive, considerate of the house (used slippers over his shoes) and focused. The best! His assistant was friendly, professional, considerate of the house and focused.

I highly recommend this firm. Our windows look wonderful. Alan Augustine and his two team members were punctual and very professional. Price we paid was slightly better than the price originally quoted.

Waited 2 hrs, but they did not show for the scheduled appointment or call to cancel or reschedule. They contacted me 4 hours later at the end of the day with no apology and no excuse and wanted to schedule for next afternoon when rain was predicted and would not reschedule earlier. When finally agreed to date/time, then asked for address again. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Schedule at your own risk.

One-man operation, he came on time and cleaned to our satisfaction. Took about 3 hours.

The gentlemen were unavoidably delayed but called to keep me updated. When they arrived they introduced themselves and put booties over their shoes. Before they left, the gentleman gave me some tips on keeping my windows clean. I thought the price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Yes I would hire them again!

Based on the reviews on Angie's list I decided to try Squeeky Clean. Simply stated they were wonderful; I could not have asked for a better experience. Alan was professional, nice, knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and an incredibly hard worker. When I first contacted him he took great care to explain to me what they would be doing, potential conditions that could require a little extra work and the cost I could expect to pay. He and his assistant arrived early. Although my house is small, they spent over 3 hours cleaning my windows. They were working the entire time without breaks. They were exceptionally neat, careful, and quiet. Alan also explained to me how he had cleaned the windows and offered tips as to how to keep the windows clean and to remove marks with extra fine steel wool. For all of the work they performed, the cost was extremely reasonable. I will use them in the future and I recommend that anyone looking for a window cleaner do the same -- you will not be disappointed.

In short- these guys (and Alan the owner) were top notch. The only reason I rated their punctuality as "NA" is because they had been tied up at job before getting to my condo, which caused them to be a few hours late. But, they were perfectly professional and gave me a heads up that they would be running late and even offered me the opportunity to reschedule if need be. My windows are probably 100 years old (as old as the building) and had a lot of murk and gunk build up, but they got them clean and they look beautiful. The normal price to have them out is usually $120, but Alan gave me a discount because they were late-- same service for only $80. These guys even gave me tips on how to clean the windows again in the future! Top notch, nice and extremely professional. You cannot go wrong with Squeeky Clean.

We've hired another company in past years but our experience was only so-so. I decided to go through Angie's List and see if there were any area companies that might do a better job. Am I ever grateful I called Squeaky Clean Window Washing. Allen did an awesome job. Not only that, but we'd decided to host a party and wanted the windows done before the event. He worked with us to accommodate our limited turn around so that the work was finished in time to have the house sparkle for the party. He also gave me some great tips on how to get stubborn spots off of our windows in the future. We're so happy with their service and we will have them do our spring clean next year. Thank you! I would include a picture but the windows are so clean and clear you wouldn't know there was glass there. - - - - - UPDATE: We decided not to have them come back. Here is why: The windows in the front of the house were damaged from the cleaning solution. It took a while to show up but less than a year later they appeared. None of the other windows were damaged. We think we figured out what went wrong. The front of the house gets a lot of afternoon sun and the washing of that side was done last. That meant the windows were hot. Whatever the product was it left an imprint that looked like something was just sprayed on it and left there without being wiped off. But it won't come off, the glass is etched and must be replaced. Luckily I found another provided here on Angie's List who will replace just the glass rather than try to sell us whole new windows.

This was a great deal. They were very easy to schedule with and showed up on time. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They took great concern with my garden under my windows. This deal actually covered inside and outside the windows. I would use them again in the future!

Our windows had been dirty for a while but I kept putting off cleaning. As it turns out, it was a great and pleasant experience. Here are some of the things that really impressed me and made me so glad to have come upon Squeaky Clean. 1) Windows looked great afterwards! We actually notice more sunlight getting in. 2) House didn't require any clean up afterwards since towels were used to protect floors and furniture 3) Alan and his coworker took off their shoes without my asking (we don't wear shoes in the house so especially grateful) 4) The pricing was straightforward and no pressure to do more work 5) I'd forgotten to take kids' artwork off one of the windows and it was removed gently and replaced afterward 6) Alan gave very helpful tips on keeping the windows clean and educate me on how one of the older windows worked 7) My Preschooler really wanted to help and Alan not only let him, he actually taught him how to clean the window even though it slowed Alan down significantly. In fact they worked while I had a toddler and preschooler running around. 8) On time arrival (actually, they had to wait for me because they were a few minutes early) 9) No Chemical/Ammonia smell in home. They used an "eco" soap/detergent. Alan and his coworker are very kind. I know, its not very helpful to have reviews that are just all positive, but I can't really think of anything to criticize.

We were pleased with the services

The two man team arrived early. Alan Augustine, the principal, took apart my windows including one which took approximately 45 minutes to do so. The storm window was broken so he removed it, taped it for safety reasons, and placed it outside on my patio until it could be removed by the trash collectors. All other windows were removed and washed including those on the upper floors. They worked efficiently, were very polite, provided helpful advise and cleaned up well at the end.

Very professional from start to finish. Told me he could do the work the following Mon, I told him the house was going on the market this Thur. He emailed to say that he could be there thursday before the house went on the market. What a pleasure and the house looks sparkling clean. I would highly recommend this company. Alan is the owner.

These guys were awesome. They called ahead to confirm the date, and this morning they left a voicemail to say they were on their way to my home. They showed up and immediately began working. I work from home too and they were quiet and professional, never interrupting my work day. They spent over 3 hours in my home and up on ladders on the outside of my house. They had great attention to detail, cleaning every corner of every window. We have lived in this house for 18 months and never had them cleaned at all, so they were totally filthy. Given all that was needed to clean them, they did not leave a mess at all inside or outside of my house. They were careful to take their shoes off, and always laid down canvasses on furniture or bath rugs on the floors where they were working so they didn't get anything else dirty. It was very much appreciated. The windows look fantastic and we are truly pleased. Also, I had them clean out the gutters that were within reach. it was a reasonable add-on price and I am happy they did it. I will recommend these folks to friends and look forward to having them come back a year from now.

I had never had my windows professionally washed, and just felt like it was a good way to cap off post holiday cleanup. Squeeky Cleans Angie offer tempted me to try and I am pleased I did. The idea of doing just outside seemed silly once they were there, and the bid to do all inside windows and screens was very reasonable; so I did both. It was a great experience, from getting such professional estimate and work and the added bonus of a lot of good education about window washing techniques and how to maintain myself. I was amazed at how fast and thorough and neat their process was. They use a filtered water system that eliminates the need for squeegy work on the outside, and it is miraculous how fabulous it is...no streaks at all! I am very happy with his work; great care working in my house and pleasant personalities from the team. My windows still sparkle and I love the difference it makes.

The called me back promptly, came by for an estimate the next day, came when they were scheduled and the windows are cleaner than I have ever seen them! I would use them again any time. Great price for a lot of hard work.
