Schuck Group at Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc

Description of Work: Over the past few years, my husband and I have worked with the Schuck Group in several capacities. Initially, my husband and I were interested in purchasing a home and we worked with the Schuck Group to tour different style homes in different areas of Maryland to determine our preferences. That was a very long process, and Steve was so patient with us and really helped us focus on what would and would not work for our family. After searching for a few months, we decided that it made more sense for us to continue to rent and we worked with the Schuck group to find a rental home that fit our needs. Most recently, we considered purchasing a home and again turned to the Schuck group. We worked with Steve and just closed on our first home. The home we wound up purchasing was a short sale and Steve walked us through each step of the process and patiently answered our many questions. Each time we have worked with Steve, we have been most impressed by his professionalism and by how much he knows about homes and the market. In home we went into, Steve pointed out things that we found to be very useful in our consideration of the home and that we otherwise would not have known to look for. Steve was also so knowledgeable about the different areas of the counties we were looking in, which was important as neither my husband or I are from this area. We found that Steve really took the time to listen to what we wanted and pointed us in direction that met our needs.
