I called and made an appointment explaining that my vent duct was on the second floor and when they arrived they told me they couldn't do it because my vent duct was on the second floor that they can only "put their ladder on the ground, not in the grass." So it was a waste of my time to be home for these people when I clearly explained what I needed and where the vent duct was located.

+ -1 moreVery professional tech, he came to us to clean after other company because the do nothing just collect a payment and spend 20 min for"cleaning " 2 levels house, this guy from premium duct cleaning spend 3 hours to clean it, it was extremely dirty but now it's bright and shiny like new. Do not waist your time with other companies, hire professionals from here!!!

+ -1 moreI live in a townhome and really don't pay attention to the dryer vent because it is difficult to reach the 3rd level. Had an issue with the dryer not drying clothes, but otherwise working fine. Called out Premium Duct Cleaning to clean the duct to the exterior from the dryer after a friend told us they had a similar issue. The service technician was clean and professional. Came out and cleaned the dryer lint section and vent including the nest that was being built inside. Also moved the dryer to allow more space for the vent. Apparently, when we moved in, the movers smashed the vent and between that and the nest, air was unable to exit, the dryer was overheating. Tech said that it could have caused a fire!
