Description of Work: $15,000 damage 24 hrs late Withdrew money from checking accts twice unauthorized amounts then when banned from bank withdrew money on a PayPal acct ! This is a moving broker not a moving co!

Description of Work: Amelia is WONDERFUL! Her moving staff are brilliant at what they do, insofar as moving large pieces of furniture ~ hilarious and great sports. I would HIGHLY recommend Poch Moving & Storage. I just wished I'd used her for my move to CA. She was a bit higher price wise, but I know my furniture would arrived promptly and unscathed; unlike the POS Bayflower Moving Co. did for us. Again, highly recommend Poch Moving & Storage!

Description of Work: Movers were close to two hours late but to compensate they brought two extra movers to speed up the move at both ends. They were maybe a little casual as to joking around with each other and such, but as to the actual moving they did a fine job, were very friendly, and dealt with a few unexpected changes in plans as to where to put stuff without even a hint of complaint.

+ -1 moreAmelia called me the morning of the move, asking to reschedule. Apparently, one of her movers backed out at the last minute. However, two movers arrived within the scheduled start time, and one of them was Amelia herself. Despite a terrible morning, move went smoothly. Movers worked carefully and cheerfully. And the move was even completed early.
Description of Work: Moved patio furniture, gas grill, storage bins, boxes of books.

+ -1 moreOverall I have to say they did a good job and I liked the price. They seemed to care about the details and Amelia knew how to wrap and protect items. They were very personable. At the estimate time the move was seen as small, but I don't think they brought their usual truck. It was like one you would use for RV travel. We have to go back for a second run and I'm hoping it will be this week.
Description of Work: They helped me move 45 minutes away and the move included packing,loading,unloading, and setting up furniture.
