Description of Work: I have used this company before and was very happy with their work Oscar quoted a price verbally of doing the job and was suppose to have a written estimate before he started. I trusted him and allow him to start the job before the written estimate. He added $850 for other materials in the written estimate which he did not quote in the verbal estimate. I purchased the stones. I was very disappointed with this tactic because I have helped him in other situations and did not expect this from him. I was not please with part of his work. He did a good job on the brick post but the concrete pad patio did not look like it was done by a professional. His advice as a professional was quite lacking.

+ -1 moreIt was a joy to watch Oscar and his crew work. They were efficient, skillful and very pleasant. This is a family enterprise and each member takes their role very seriously. I plan on using them again and would highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable for the work they did. They work three days long hours to get the job done.
Description of Work: Replace a brick wall . Remove an entire brick wall . Put new grout and replace some stones on walkway entry. Lay gravel for two parking spaces. Remove all debris form property. Price included all new bricks and other materials needed.
