Description of Work: Mr. Neubauer is very experienced and knowledgable. I wanted an hour's worth of consulting on an immediate structural issue. He was going to write a letter on his assessment of the issue and a week later I have not received any feedback. I am confident that when he does the job that his standard will be high.
