Marco and Martin were resourceful in dealing with the surprises that a 40-year-old house can offer. When installing the new exhaust fan in the master bath, Marco discovered that the fan in the adjacent bathroom wasn't vented properly. He had to install a new roof vent for both. When installing the new light fixture, Martin discovered that the old light fixture didn't have a junction box. He had to be creative to come up with a solution that would allow installation of a junction box and still center our new light fixture above the medicine chest.

He was sharp as a tack and very nice. When he contacted me back I informed him that I had already had the work completed.

Dorial answered the phone promptly and informed me they did both plumbing and drywall and one person could do both. I confirmed with him their pricing schedules and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks away. The carpenter arrived at 8:30 instead of 8:00 AM due to I-270 traffic. He was very courteous and professional. He informed me that they could not perform the plumbing work as promised on the phone since they were not licensed for this work. This caused me to hire a separate plumber, which I was not happy about. He then informed me that I had purchased the wrong type of drywall for the job and volunteered to go to Home Depot and get the correct type of drywall, which he did. I was upset that I had to pay extra for him to make a materials run. The carpenter worked very efficiently. I was also upset that he said he would need to come back in several days to finish sanding the drywall mud and paint. A second carpenter, also courteous, finished the job a week later.

I was very pleased with the personnel. Dan and Dorio were very helpful and Emilio was very pleasant and hardworking. While installing the new outside faucet they hit a snag and didn't hesitate to bring in a specialist. This was very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They did some light carpentry work around the house. They were efficient and we felt like they did a good job.

Company was very professional. Dave King called a couple of times to confirm appointment. Very pleasant to speak with. Handyman was very efficient and polite.

Someone from Mr. Handyman called back right away and made an appointment for the next morning. The man who showed up was prompt and did very good work. The ceiling looks great. My only complaint was that they charge by the hour and it got expensive. It cost much more than we thought it would.

I called Mr. Handyman and asked if they could do several projects, and amazingly, they got to work the very next day. Emilio was the actual guy from Mr. Handyman who did all the work, and he was an ace handyman! Emilio showed up promptly as scheduled. He quickly figured out a way to accomplish several oddball projects that I asked him to do. He not only poured cement under my stairs, but figured out how to seal a very cramped area off from the adjacent crawl space. He worked quickly and did not try to drag out the job (which is paid by the hour). He cleaned up the work area every day. Emilio was professional, efficient, friendly, and I enjoyed working with him.

Very happy with the service. They were quick to respond and I had the work done within 24 hours after calling.

Carlos, the handyman, was very good. He was polite and courteous and did a very nice job. He even fixed a couple of other things on the porch I was unaware were broken. I would definitely use this service again!

Fantastic repairman. They were able to fit me in a day early, due to a cancellation. He was neat and polite.

The company has a minimum charge (2 hours) and I was concerned that I might have to pay for more time than I needed, but as it turned out I had added so many things to my list that he spent 4 1/2 hours. It was worth every penny to have things done, and done right. I could have done them myself, but I never seem to get around to it and a handyman was just what I needed. I thought the price was reasonable for the great improvement that each of these small items accomplished. He was prompt, courteous and friendly, and I would hire them again.

They called 1 day prior to confirm the appointment, I had already faxed a sheet of the jobs to them, but he said I would have to go over all of that information with the technician. He arrived timely, was very neat and polite. He had not been given the fax, so I had to go over all of the jobs with him while I was paying for him to be there. He was not prepared, & did not have the tools or screws necessary for the work. He informed me that they did not carry materials with them. He offered to go to the hardware store and pick up needed materials, while on the clock. 1 hour had gone by and he had not done one thing. I ended up going to the hardware store myself, which took about 20 minutes, and the handyman had figured out a couple of the problems while I was away. I had to ask him to clean up, he was going to leave a mess after completing some of the work. The bill changed to $332, from $216, because of extra time and him not being prepared. I do not feel I got good value.

This company exceeded my expectations. I would recommend asking for my guy, but I get the feeling they'll all be good. Even my pain in the a*s Dad couldn't complain. No, Dad, if you're reading this, I love you.

The company did something that is all too rare these days: they stood by their work! After an unsatisfactory result of the original repairs, the manager of the company, himself, returned to rectify the situation and spent FOUR DAYS working on the problem. They adjusted the price to reflect the original bid. Great people!!!

Dave was actually early both times. He was polite & very personable. I thought the pricing structure was reasonable for the work that was done. I had paid more for another company in the past. I was very pleased & would definitely recommend this company to friends. I will be calling them again when I need more things done. I appreciated the fact that when the job was beyond what could be reasonably done, it was referred to a plumber.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and explained all of their policies. They were able to schedule a service man to come out right away (which I really needed and couldn't find with most other companies). As promised, the service technician showed up in a uniform & in an identified truck. He walked through all of the projects that I needed done and made suggestions about how things should be taken care of. The service man did a great job, and everything looked wonderful when we was done. He was very respectful and cleaned everything up behind himself.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB BUT I THINK THEY WERE VERY OVER PRICED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

THIS COMPANY DOES A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BEFORE THE JOB WAS STARTED. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
