For my situation it was not a good value. The repairman did not have the parts necessary to repair my sliding door and could only offer for me to pay him for another hour of work so he could go shopping at Home Depot for the replacement wheels for the door. It just wasn't a good situation. If he could have ordered the part and come back another time maybe it would have been better but he was just going to go shopping for the part without knowing if he could get it and I was going to pay him for the shopping time and may still not get the door fixed. If he had the needed part I am sure it would have been a wonderful experience. I likely will not call again though.

They are very customer service friendly, on time and the quality of work was very good. It only took him about 15 minutes to complete the project, so I think the $160 flat fee is a little high. But overall, I am very satisfied.

Came the same day I called for a minor problem. I thought I would be put on the back burner. Job completed in an hour and made arrangements for other work to be done at a later date....very satisfied with Mr. Handyman...,I highly recommend!

The company was pleasant to speak with. The handyman was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, neat and clean. He did an excellent job and made us feel safe and secure with his services. Nice guy.

We had been trying to get a local contractor to fix our trim. Three months later we decided to try Mr. Handyman. Not sure why we waited so long. It was easy to schedule. He arrived on time. He did everything and more we wanted. Great work. Friendly guy. Excited to schedule lots more work for them. Brilliant!!
