+ -1 moreI played phone tag with him for a week or two before I could get him to come over. I showed him the list of the tasks I needed completed. It took about a week before he could get an estimate to me. I agreed to have him do the work for the price in the estimate, but did not hear from him again until I received a voice mail saying that he was out of town until September 24. It is now mid-October, and I still can't get ahold of him to come and do this work!

+ 7 moreMidas Construction has been been doing work for our condo association for over 5 years. Milos is helpful, friendly, and honest. They always do the work to my satisfaction. He is a hard working man, who is trust worthy!
Description of Work: Over the past years Midas Construction has done a number of jobs around our condo building, including: installation of a french drain, power washing, painting, caulking, sheetrock installation, flat screen tv installation, door repair, brick and mortar repair, and gutter repair.

+ -1 moreHe is a general contractor who subcontracts other work. He was recommended to us by someone in our building. He was late in coming to give us the estimate, but he did come later and checked our house and gave us the estimate. He seemed pretty competent. We needed to paint our hallway and also had to fix a crown molding that had separated from the ceiling. His estimate was reasonable and accurate.
Description of Work: We had used Milos Mihajlovic for painting our hallway. He had fixed the water damage on the ceiling and had also fixed our toilet.
