MENDOZA LANDSCAPING

Carlos messed up my property and didn't follow instructions. He now won't text me back and he stopped answering phone calls. He left the job sloppy and completely messed up. I would not recommend.

Mendoza Landscaping provides landscaping for my next door neighbors and they have been courteous and considerate. I decided to give them a try myself. I have found Jun Mendoza to be veryhonest and fair. He charges by the hour and gives fair estimates on how long he expects to be there. He and his crew were efficient and professional. I am also contracted with him for mowing and maintenance for the rest of the season. Very pleased that he does not push me to commit to mowing every week. Being a DC native, I know that we have dry spells and weekly mowing is sometime unnecessary and wasteful. I'm very impressed and will continue with his services.

DOES IT RIGHT. REALLY CARES ABOUT HOW IT LOOKS. HONEST, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING. WILL TELL YOU IF HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING, BUT VERY HANDY. NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR GARDEN. WORKS FOR A NUMBER OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS. ALSO WORKS FOR A NUMBER OF REAL ESTATE PEOPLE TO MANICURE HOMES TO SELL. HAVE HAD STRANGERS STOP & ASK WHO DOES MY YARD.
