Judi Casey is quite amazing. I met Judi when she was representing the seller's of the house I purchased. I was so impressed with her that I ended up talking to and trusting her more than my own agent. In the complicated, overwhelming and scary process of buying or selling a house, Judi is someone I would recommend to anyone going through that process. Judi is as calm and laid back as I am hyper and aggressive. My agent was making me crazy and Judi was the one that calmed me down during the process and talked me through most of the steps. I can't recommend her any more highly.

Judi is fantastic - the best real estate agent anyone could possibly hope for. Her assessment of the listing price was right on the nose - I got a lot of interest, several offers, and the final bid came in slightly over asking price - on the same day the house went on the market. She helped me prepare the house in the simplest way and found good people to do some landscaping, cleaning, etc. She is a very calm and reassuring presence with great professional judgment and experience - and an excellent sense of humor. The whole experience, from our first encounter to the settlement was smooth as silk, which is amazing, given all the possible things that often can go wrong.
