Very well. Tracy in the office was efficient and Ronny, who did the work, was professional.

They did great job, did a lot of work and very excellent. Especially Noel. I have no complain. They also called me back to check if everything is ok. They are awesome.

Everything went well with the work. They replaced some caulk for us. The work looks good.

Tracy was very kind and found a spot the day after contacting the company. I asked if possible for Hugo, which did several other projects at our home. As usual he did a very professional job, and overall he is a great person, very competent, and complete timely the job. I’m very happy with the company and would certainly use them again and strongly recommend them for any handyman projects.

Mixed reviews, I had two appointments, and both with Noel. Noel did exemplary work, and explained things as he completed the jobs. He showed professionalism. I trusted him for any future projects. Now, the administrative side leaves a lot to be desired. My initial contact, Tracy chose a time to call; however, I didn't receive it. It was Super Bowl Sunday. So, I waited a few days, and reached out to her; even though, I hadn't heard anything. Finally, I got an appointment. Things went great with Noel. Then, I scheduled a second appointment. Now, I want a third, and I contacted Tracy after the second job was completed for a quote on a future project. The payment hadn't been redeemed yet for the second job. So, I thought that she hasn't responded yet because she wants the bank to confirm the payment. It was Saturday. I texted a few more times during the next week as well as left a msg on Angies's List with a negative response. I used deals from Angie's List for the two appointments, and Noel had seen the layout of my condo so he could provide more detail about footage. It's so unfortunate that I couldn't give all A's because Noel corrected work the was improperly done too. Hopefully, the reviews will help with their customers service.

The repairman arrived on time and in uniform. I explained the complicated situation plaguing my almost 100 year old city house. After looking at the problem and assessing the situation, he wisely decided to fabricate a part to fit the needs of the repair. It worked beautifully and I'm glad that this company could send me a repairman who could think outside the box and come up with an inventive solution when necessary. This was a very positive experience (with a clever repairman) and I will hire this company again.

The handyman arrived on time and completed the work with no problems. He offered suggestions for work arounds where needed. He addressed all concerns that I had. He did good quality work and always left the area clean. I would definitely use them again!

Repair went well, easier than I anticipated. Worker willing to go beyond immediate task and inspected attic as well. We hire this firm whenever we need help with household repairs. We find them responsive, reasonable, and competent.

I had a number of small projects I needed done that I could not do my self (replace all smoke alarms, install a eyless entry deadbolt, replace GFI, etc). I wanted to hire a firm I had used before but they do home remodeling exclusively now. Instead I hired these guys. They came to my house on three different occasions, each time for two to four hours. There were three guys and each one was as good as the next -- Larry, Endor and Chris. Each time either they or we (me and him) had to make a run for parts and that was just part of the service. Each one was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The only thing is at $80 per hour, time and cost can get away from you. Four hours is $320 and if you have a lot, four hours can fly by. That notwithstanding, Handyman At Your Command is my new handyman from here on out.

They gave me 3 different estimates, and all three are inconsistent, first estimate $691.00, 2nd estimate was $2260.00 and then the 3rd estimate $1880.00; the women who handles the billing doesn't know what she's doing, and this was a great waste of time, getting different price estimates. they try to raise up the price by lying about the condition of the property and then run up the prices , they said they need to change the carpet becaused its wet, but actually it was all dry and it was confirmed by 2 witnesses that the carpet was all dry. then they chargeus an hour & a half labor charge to take out the wet carpet which was not wet and not damaged at all. Not a good practice for a company to decieve the public regarding a work that needs to be done and run up prices just to get additional fees. Its a total waste of time dealing with this company, the administrator does not understand the business and neither does the contractor. They were trying to take advantage of an elderly person by racking up prices everytime.

It did not go well. The guy arrived on time, and he seemed unfazed when I described the work to be done. By my estimate these tasks should have been doable in the 4 hours I paid for. It took him 5 hours, forcing me to pay for an extra hour, and he wasn't even fully done at 5-hour mark. He cut the copper piping too short from my old dishwasher, which meant I had to go buy another coupling piece at Lowe's and install that myself. Then, come to discover, he didn't attach the water line to the new dishwasher properly, so it leaked. I had to have him come back (and it was a real hassle getting that scheduled), and after 2.5 hours of working on it again, he gave up and blamed it on the manufacturer. Color me unimpressed.

It was for 3 hours deal for $193 but we paid additional hour for $100 and that is what concerns me. I would use them again when they have special deal. "A" is for the deal only not the regular price of $100.

1 of our handymen was wonderful and 1 wasnt great. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful.

Unable to replace lights because electrical box was not standard size, new lights would not fit. Not the fault of handyman.

Tremendous. Hugo's installation of handrails ended up looking as great as I could have imagined. He had a great solution to an alternative to wood rails near my bed. He brought all necessary and well-maintained equipment. Well worth the money -- fair and reasonably priced.

I recently purchased a new home and needed a few things done before moving in. I contact them and Tracy to me within an hour and they came out 2days later. They did a great job. U
