Description of Work: I purchased two ceiling fixtures from Gaylords. Although they were officially "closed" because of a flooding problem in their building, they allowed me into the store and to make my purchase. Great recommendations and service.

Description of Work: Replaced socket and lampshade on Japanese lamp. I picked out a beautiful new shade (with the help of a very knowledgeable staff person) while the repair was completed. My lamp looks beautiful and works well. I would highly recommend this company.
