David and his team were everything AND MORE! I didn’t think I’d find a team that was more “on-top” of it than I was and boy did that prove me wrong! They were so on top of things, I almost couldn’t keep up. Their customer service was AMAZING from their quick responses to their efficient work. I’ve been telling my friends David and Josh are the only mortgage company I would ever work with and how much THEY need to work with him. David and his team worked a MIRACLE. Our loan fell through with our previous lender, and David's team picked this up 2 weeks before the scheduled closing date. After a major apartment fire displaced us, we were left homeless, living in a motel room for months. David's team worked tirelessly to get us to closing on time, sometimes sending emails early in the morning and late into the night. I know they really cared about helping my family get into a home of our own. I can't recommend the David Toaff Team enough.

David not only helped me navigate this difficult relationship, but insured that my transition to his bank was seamless and as efficient as possible. My home purchasing journey was a whirlwind, but David and his team( Joshua and Alyssa) were incredible!
