David D. Quillin Architecture

Description of Work: From start to finish, David Quillin was responsive and knowledgeable. He helped design a remodel of an old townhouse (including a total demo of existing interior walls, adding a bathroom, remodeling kitchen and changing floorplan. His initial design included all of the features we had requested; he really listened to our requests and followed through with everything. David worked with the general contractor throughout the project and did several site inspections on his own. We were not living in the immediate area, so it was great to have David check on the work. When issues came up during construction, as they always do, David was able to help us work through solutions that would solve the problem at hand. His manner was calm and he was very often the “voice of reason” when we needed advice. All in all, it was a great experience working with David.
