Most importantly, in a down market, Pam had the house sold in a little more than a week. She qualified the buyer, and everything went smoothly to closing. She did a great job staging the house at her own expense, negotiated with the buyer after an inspection report came back, and made sure everything stayed on track. We didn't have to sign any extensions, take back any financing, or give the buyer a big credit. We couldn't have been happier with Pam's service.
Description of Work: We hired Pam to list my Mom's house in Aspen Hill. Although she had a lot more experience down county in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, and even NW DC, Pam spent a lot of time researching the market. When it came time to come up with a price for the house, she knew what she was doing.

Pamela was an excellent realtor! She advised us on preparing the house for sale and also helped us on staging. She helped us find a great staging service that was not a fortune and made a critical difference. We actually ended up selling the home within 24 hours above the asking price. I think she guided us through the process that got us the maximum value out of the house. I would use her services again without hesitation.
