Description of Work: I have an all glass custom shower. After several years, the weight of the glass door was causing it to sag and, as a result, the plastic sweep at the bottom of the door was breaking apart from being dragged back and forth across the threshold. Chevy Chase came and remedied the problem by unfastening the hinges, placing new gaskets inside the hinges, pushing the upper half of the door further into the upper hinge and then refastening both hinges. He also replaced the door sweep. By and large, he did a decent job. However, the door is still sagging somewhat slightly but to an acceptable degree.

Description of Work: Used Chevy Chase Glass over 30 years ago for custom mirrors, glass table tops. They were great then and still are. Just got a custom glass shelf cut. It was promised within 5 days and was actually ready within a couple of hours. Can't remember the cost, but it was reasonable.

Description of Work: Once an estimate was provided, they ordered the glass but never called to schedule installation. A month went by. I called. They implied they were |waiting on my availability as though I was the problem. I never like that! |Once the man came, he did a fine job and the price was very competitive.
