I called to set up an appointment to replace a broken window pane. They came when scheduled, were very professional, and cleaned everything up before they left.

Quality materials and professional installation. Done i n time specified, workman experienced and careful, Highly recommend them.

Called them sent a person to measure. In one of the jobs I used them I had heavy glass from a table that was broken they offered and took that glass and cut several of the smaller table tops and just charged me for labor.

They did a very good job, showed up on time and brought the mirrors and glass back on schedule. The final product was nicer than we expected.

The top section of one of our double hung insulated windows broke and Chevy Chase was incredibly responsive. They came within four days of our call and did the measurements and gave us an estimate. They said it would take two weeks but they called back within a week to say it was ready to install. The installation and installer was great and very responsive.

Great. They arrived on time with the glass and were meticulous in cleaning and placing it correctly. I will definitely use them in the future.

Pleasure to deal with. Came out as promptly as schedule permitted. Two panes were fine. One has slight stress cracks, and they promised to replace as soon as they get more plexiglass. Would gladly use again. Specialists, know what they're doing it. Used before, will use again w/o hesitation when needed. Highly recommend.

Service was easy and excellent. I dropped off the frame and less than a week later it was ready. They also adjusted the hanging device in order to make it much more stable. For such a large mirror, I found the price to be very reasonable.

Called and described service I wanted and ask for a price and when I could pick them up. Price was better than 2 other companies that I called by about 20%. The glass tops were ready when they said and I picked them up. They were the correct dimensions and set well on the furniture. Ordered a 2nd smaller set a few weeks later. Same results. Each piece of glass was cleaned and separately wrapped in newspaper then wrapped in brown package paper. For the large pieces they carried them to my SUV.

When I called for an estimate, I was told someone would call me back - which was true and prompt. The estimate sounded reasonable and the measurer was in the area, so he came over right away. He was assisted by my cleaning lady since I was not home at the time. I was called afterward to schedule a delivery time. Delivery happened on time and included placing the glass upstairs on the desk and cleaning it before laying it down. The delivery people were friendly and flexible. They agreed that I could pay for everything when I picked up the second piece of glass. Things got busy and I forgot to call about the second piece of glass. They called me, told me when it was ready to pick up, helped me get it in my car, and provided advice. Couldn't have been easier!

They had the product we wanted at a price we thought was reasonable though a bit higher than we had hoped. They called us when the order was ready, which was a couple of days ahead of when it was promised.

I gave this company a call and they gave us an estimate. It did take them a little longer to get back to me than I thought it should, but it was not unreasonably long. They arranged to replace the custom-sized glass on a Saturday, which suited my schedule best. They did a good job.

The team did an excellent job in a very short time. They were very professional and worked hard to minimize the inevitable damage to the wall behind the mirrors.

I RECEIVED 4 BIDS AND CHEVY CHASE GLASS PROVIDED THE BEST PRICE. I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 6 WEEKS FOR THE REPLACEMENT WINDOW TO ARRIVE, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE COST SAVINGS TO ME. THEY DID NOT CALL PROMPTLY WHEN THE GLASS ARRIVED TO SCHEDULE THE WORK, BUT AS SOON AS I CHECKED WITH THEM THEY DID SCHEDULE IT AND THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY.
