When a leak was fixed that has caused to water to seep through my floorboards, I learned that I likely had mold in the crawlspace area underneath the flooring. I opened this job on Saturday afternoon fully expecting that the necessary mold remediation would be expensive. Murray at CapitolMold responded right away and came the next day on Sunday morning. Murray assessed the situation and explained my options. To my relief, his assessment was that the mold damage was relatively minor. He quoted me for the work and also explained that because the damage was relatively minor, I could do the remediation myself. Murray took the time to explain in detail how to do the work and recommended the necessary materials. I was very impressed with his honesty and willingness to impart his expertise. I highly recommend CapitolMold. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

We called Capital Mold because there was a musty odor in our guest room. Murray and his associate came out the next business day and did a mold inspection of our entire house.
