Description of Work: Upgraded equipment and fixed some programming problems.

Description of Work: This was the most expensive of the three options I investigated, but they were thorough and professional. There were some loose ends (a cabinet I did not order; a speaker that was not hooked up; a hole left in the wall) but so far they have followed through on repairs as requested.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job, but it took two guys all day to mount a tv on a basement family room wall and they didn't have time to do the finish work. They offered to do it, but I knew that would an added expense.

Description of Work: They have good people, who do splendid work. Rather casual about timing, at least on our small job, needing repeated phone prompting. We don't really know if they are cheap or expensive, but are delighted with their work and attitude.

Description of Work: Tracy came right away and spent an hour or so with my wife and myself about installing a TV in the bedroom above the fireplace. The starting price was around $3k for the TV, mount, speakers and he said that the company made no money on this. On Black Friday I found exactly what we had discussed for half that price on-line. Needless to say, I purchased the equipment. I called Tracy back on Saturday and told him what I had done and had gotten it at half the price and gave him the exact pieces that I purchased (as he asked me) so he could give me an estimate to install. I could tell he was not pleased. He said he would call me back with an estimate on Monday. He just called today, on Friday and didn't know who he was speaking to and said that he would be here Thursday to install. I said I thought he had the wrong number because he was suppose to give me an estimate. He said he had the wrong Mr. L. He then said that he couldn't get to us until mid January and he thought I didn't want to wait that long. When he first came, my wife and I also got the feeling that this company did large installations and were not very interested in the "small" job. I told him thanks and that I would look elsewhere. I would not use this company unless you had a big job and paid them for everything.

Description of Work: They installed a new sound and television system for us. We have purchased about seven electronics from them.

Description of Work: They switched out our old stereo system and installed a new one. They also installed surge protectors and set up our internet throughout our home.
