Annabel is the type of Real Estate agent you want in so many ways. She knows what she is doing and knows the right way to go about all aspects of a deal. Shes always super responsive, she listens, and understands the more abstract qualities you might be looking for. And she knows the technical side through and through.. from proper documentation/ proper steps before acceptance to mitigating all sides appropriately in a multiple offer situation. Aside from being a lovely person who truly wants the client to feel like they are making the right choice for them, she is a logical, calming force that will help you win a deal or, Im sure, price your current home in the most advantageous way (Note: I have only used her to purchase two properties, not to sell any -- yet). A few years ago I spoke with a few agents before deciding who I would use. Annabel was by far the best, non-sales-y, non fluff, understand the market type of person. With tons of experience to boot. I remember asking a different agent to explain something technical to me and she ended up talking in circles and not making sense, lost me right there. Annabel knows her stuff inside and out, and shes pretty analytical. Understands the economic side of this market, in a theoretical and applied way. I referred her to my friends saying ' shes really good at the technical side of things' and I meant it. By technical side I meant that I doubt she's even capable of making a mistake in the process. She knows the market, understands the appreciation potential, she knows the pricing, she knows the legal side of things through and through. She really can be trusted to competently, accurately handle all aspects of any deal. Im so happy to have met her, and plan to stay in touch with her for many years!
