They did lovely work on my apartment!

They did a great job.

When they installed it, it was absolutely perfect. It looks spectacular, it was really good but it didn't last two weeks. I would not recommend them under any circumstances because the flooring was put in my kitchen. I told them when they first came to look at the job that, "I'm a klutz, I'm gonna drop things and I'm gonna get my floor wet so I don't want to have to worry about water." They said, "Well, this flooring is exactly what you need." so I had them put it in. When I re-installed the dishwasher, there was a very slow drip under it which I didn't catch immediately. What happens is that the floor buckled and there were huge gaps between the pieces on the floor and I had to get the entire floor redone. I called them up and said, "Hey, you know, this is what happened." They came out, took a look and then, "Oh, yup. You got water on the floor. Not our problem." That's the way they left though the price for the job they did was probably very good.

I had a composite floor but since I moved the dishwasher, I needed new flooring to cover the now bare spot. This required a whole new floor. I was open to any type of floor and informed David Andonian that since this was a kitchen and I can be clumsy, I wanted to ensure that it would not be affected by water. The installation of the floor went well however, the installation personnel stated that part of the baseboard molding was outside their scope. Since the new cabinetry was already complete, this left several six inch gaps in the baseboard. During the re-installation of the dishwasher, a small leak (a drip per minute) occurred. By the time I noticed the leak and repaired it, the new floor was already warping. Over the course of the next month, the boards had pulled apart (~a half inch) in addition to the warping. Andonian's was notified of the problem, inspected the floor, and stated I would need a whole new floor... at my expense since it was my problem. I would have agreed if I hadn't stated that I wanted the kitchen floor to be waterproof before we started the job.
