Because of the weather they gave us a heads up that the appointment was changed to another day. Very professional. They understand the customer experience and the importance of keeping the customer aware of things that affect the schedule, like bad weather or equipment issues.

I cannot judge the quality of their work or the value of their project. They canceled our first set time and made it 3 days later. They never arrived at the agreed-upon time. Only after leaving them a message once they were out of said time window; did they tell me they could not do the job on that given day and canceled for the 2nd time. They said they would need to cancel for a second time. My main issue is the lack of communication on the day of the set project. I should not be the one calling,, they should have given me updates or canceled it before I committed my day to stay home. Having said that we will not be going forward with the Gutter Pros and I feel obligated to give this review.
