TAYLOR ADVANCED REMODELING

We started the process by finding a group to refinish our custom-made cabinets that were peeling in the kitchen. As we planned that, we looked around for counter tops, applicanes, and flooring. We used Angie's list several times in this process. I called several companies on your list, and Jim Taylor was one of the few interested in working with us on this remodeling in sections. He works with Brookside Lumber on counter tops, where we identified a quartz counter top produced by the Vangura company. They gave us a discount like that contractors' receive. We also bought a cabinet from them to provide support needed by one section of the counter top. He also recommended a store for major appliances and a flooring company where we got all the things we wanted. Jim did all the coordination of each part of the project and helped us to get contrator prices on most everything we bought. He always returned phone calls quickly and wasn't late for an appointment. The work was excellent.

The best all-around home contractor service we have ever had. Mr. Taylor is tops! Very important, he returns calls and gives you his honest opinions and intentions, other contractors did not. He'll take time to listen, consider options, and explain it all. Quality of his work is excellent, from the big things to the smallest details. He handled our idiosyncratic old kitchen with kid gloves, spent extra time and effort to make the new cabinets and counters fit seamlessly with the uneven walls and floors, and to hide blemishes. Friendly, on time, worked Saturdays, cleaned up every day, gave us fridge access and water ASAP, installed dumpster in driveway with such care, we didn't have to park in street. Looked out for our interests all the way, even those we didn't know we had! Used a good electrician and helpers. Monitored work by outside installers, thereby catching potential problem we could not have foreseen. You should be so lucky to have Mr. Taylor perform any work in your home.
