Called and made an appointment on Thursday afternoon due to a leaking kitchen sink. Waited all day Friday, and was called at 6:30pm telling me that they could not make it and would have to reschedule. Definitely would not recommend this company. They also refused to let me speak with the owner. Poorly run company.

I hired them to replace all of the polybutylene piping in our house. The very young crew, led by a 19 year old, made a lot of mistakes. After they left, I discovered that they failed to connect a faucet in the kitchen sink, reversed hot and cold in the shower, left interior pipes exposed under a slop sink, and unnecessarily cut into and marked a wall searching for pipes that were not there. To their credit they reduced my bill for the unnecessary damage. They were to return the next day to complete the work for the upstairs bath. I canceled this and asked the company to send a more experienced crew. The second crew was also young but much better. They corrected all of the plumbing mistakes from the first crew and even cleaned up the stains on the wall left by a sharpie. At the end of the second day, I thought all was complete. I later discovered that an outside faucet was overlooked. I contacted the company and they quickly dispatched a crew, the 19 year old again, who quickly reattached the spigot. My impression was that they were using younger and less experienced plumbers to hold costs down. That would have been okay if properly supervised by an experienced plumber who would have checked to see that faucets were working properly and that the installation was done in a professional manner. I would use another company in the future.

My kitchen sink was clogged & leaking underneath. I called late Friday and they scheduled me for a first call Monday morning. I was well informed by text on confirming appointment as well as a phone call with an ETA. Both Ben & Katelyn were exact on their arrival time and were very professional, hard working, friendly and very patient with me and all my questions and concerns and me talking way to much and they very quickly put my mind at ease. They were able to fix the problem with no issues. I highly recommend Seaside Plumbing and their Technicians Ben & Katelyn!!!

Our tankless hot water heater didn’t always provide hot water to the second floor of our house. Austin diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also made suggestions to improve our gas system that we are considering as a future project.

They sent their employee Eddie and he did a wonderful job plus explained everything to me.

Customer service was great. They showed up on time with a very fast response. We are awaiting a part that had to be ordered, so the project is not yet complete. The technicians are friendly and very professional. The labor costs have apparently gone through the roof in the past few years. I was shocked at the price since the actual part is covered under warranty. YouTube videos seem to expose the mystery of fixing or replacing some of these parts. It should only take about an hour or less, yet the price is sky-high for the apparent labor cost alone. If they charged by the hour, I am sure it would have been less.

Did a full check of the sump pump and I signed up for Family and Friends . . . a great value and price!

We had an emergency repair necessary on our sump pump. We were contacted by the company within 30 minutes of requesting the job on Angie's List in the evening. They were out promptly the next morning and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. I will be using them in the future for any future plumbing issues that may arise.

These folks were great to work with, They responded to my request for a consultation immediately and set up an appointment that suited my schedule. They arrived on time and listened carefully as I described the leak problem and the desire to replace the shower with a nicer but not luxury model. They told me what to expect as we replaced the shower and the possibilities for where the leak would be found. The shower enclosure was one I could buy at HD or Lowes and the price for the full job was not low - but it was reasonable considering the labor involved in bringing the old wallboard and shower parts down the steps by hand. The enclosure looked great when complete. Of course we had to get the wallboard that abutted the shower fixed by another contractor - but we knew that going in. Everything was done within 5 days of the estimate - 2 guys, i day, and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were very understanding about our small dog who wanted to help. The only problem I had was the fact that when I tried to order a door insert, I discovered that the lip of the new shower was a mm off of level. You cannot install an insert if the lip is not true level according to Lowes. I could have chosen to call Seaside and have them fix it, but my family preferred a shower curtain, so it was not important. We plan to use them as our plumber for regular maintenance in the future. I would definitely recommend to anyone based on their knowledge and honesty.
