I made an appointment and they were on time, professional and knowledgeable about product I was looking for. They had the tankless water heater I wanted in stock and installed it that day. Very happy with the job and Austin their plumber was excellent! I would recommend them.

Fixed the problem but caused another. Did a complimentary inspection and everything was good. The next day found my hardwood floors were buckling from a leak in one of the bathrooms that were not leaking before the inspection. The plumber was the last one to leave that bathroom. The owner of the company refuses to take responsibility for the leak.

They charged me $148 plus the fixed fee of $39 to make two turns on my outdoor faucet. Now I understand they bill by the hour, and even though in took them less than 30 seconds to fix my problem they charged me for 15 minutes. That seems outrageous to me. The workers were good, the office was excellent at scheduling and communicating, but I will not use them again. They should have made an exception in my case.

Totally professional and competent team. Austin kept us informed during the install and did a great job putting in our new water heater in a confined space. His assistant, Dillon, also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Seaside Plumbing.
