Logan did an excellent job. On a scale of one through 10, I would give Logan a 20. He did a very professional job. He installed a back up sump pump, and cleaned up the mess .. A very pleasant and knowledgeable person.

Needed to replace the water meter. They were quick to respond and worked around my schedule. The tech. Nigel, was knowledgeable and professional. I purchased the meter from the town . This was a labor only job.

Seaside did a great job. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They were worth the money. Seaside was responsive, the guys who did the work were conscientious , knowledgeable , and friendly! After I saw what they had to do to repair the pipe I understood the charge better. Definitely would hire them againâ ¦ excellent company. Thank you Seaside!!!

I had a shower drain that needed to be replaced. I scheduled and confirmed an appt for Tuesday. Got a call Tuesday am that I was on the schedule, ETA late morning/early afternoon. Called in around noon to get an update. Was told we should still expect early afternoon. At 3:30, called again. Was told that they were behind schedule and that I will be put on the night schedule, and that it could be as late as 8pm. Called at 7:15 to get an update. Was told that they still might be there tonight before 8. Since it sounded like it may not get done today, asked if I could cancel tonight and just be first for tomorrow. They said not sure where the repair team was so could not cancel. So asked if I could be put first on the schedule for tomorrow. Said they would try, but probably second on the schedule. At 8:30pm, after night shift had not shown, got an email saying I was now put on tomorrows schedule. Next day, got a call in the am to tell me that it would be late morning/early afternoon. Finally showed up at 3pm. Did an estimate of $350 for labor for a job that ended up taking them 20 minutes.

Received a free inspection. Got a great quote. Had the repairs scheduled and completed within a week. Easily approved for financing.

Since the problem requires an electrician first, the repairman did not even touch the water heater. Did not mind to still charge me $250 ON TOP OF THE $35 fee just to **come out**.

The person that installed our hot water heater was very professional,courteous and friendly. He did a great installation job, was quick, and thorough. All my contacts with Sea Side Plumbing has been very pleasant.

Wanted to replace kitchen sink faucet. Quoted price of $349, said â No,â was offered 15% discount to $297, agreed, installation went well. Next day noticed that my reverse osmosis faucet in kitchen was not working. Called R/O company, they found that the water valve had been turned off by our plumber, had to pay $139 for service call. Not happy.

Someone from the company called me right away and I got a follow up call in the morning. Also the tech called me when he was about 25 minutes away. The two guys that came here were very nice, polite and professional. Iâ m extremely pleased!

They did very nice work, a little expensive but the work was nice.

Seaside Plumbing (Aaron and Tyler) installed a sump pump and back up water pressure sump pump. Cleaned and flushed the hot water demand system. They were professional, courteous , and did a great job. Price was right in line. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service and quality of work, but, it was twice what I expected to pay!
