+ -1 moreThe entire experience was terrific (how often is that said about a plumber?). The timing was perfect. Mr. Hartley was able to assess the repairs as not too problematic. Brian arrived shortly thereafter and completed all repairs in less than an hour. We had such a positive experience.

+ 0 moreBrian Hartley went above and beyond, crawling under my house to assess the problem, moving the washer and dryer, carefully cutting the wallboard so an access door will fit the space, and repairing the pipe. He gave me the removed section so I could see the damage, and mopped up the water in the crawl space. The drain repair has been top notch and we have had no further problems.
Description of Work: My heating and cooling service man told me I had water in my crawl space under my washer and dryer. I called Hartley plumbing to come take a look, as I have used them for several other repairs. They have also installed my garbage disposals, kitchen faucets, shower fixtures and toilets. The washer was indeed leaking into the crawl space, apparently my tile guys punched a couple of holes in the pipes when they reinstalled the baseboards.

Description of Work: Water pump for well went in retail property. Tenet had two small children, so this was an emergency. The plumber came out immediately and gave us an estimate which we accepted. The work was performed the same day to everyone's satisfaction. I would recommend and us again.

His service call cost of $80 was $10 less than another plumber I had used in the past, and additional fees were negligible. He is well-known in the area for his reliability and honesty and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
Description of Work: Richard Hartley professionally and efficiently performed a number of plumbing repairs for a reasonable price. He removed debris from a garbage disposal, repaired a bathtub drain stopper and a bathroom sink stopper, and replaced a toilet tank lever.

I continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs. They have been very helpful in selection of replacement parts such as garbage disposals and faucets, have a wide knowledge of the suppliers in the area, and their hourly rate is very competitive.
Description of Work: Richard and his son Brian have performed many plumbing services for us since purchasing our house one year ago. They installed a surround shower system, replaced two garbage disposals, repaired toilets, and most recently, replaced two outdoor water faucets.
