They did a great job. Arrived on time every morning. The men were pleasent and they fully cleaned up everyday. All calls were promply returned except one. Unfortuntally Mr. Wright, the owner, was very ill and dependent on his assistant, Chris Marell who did a great job. My only complaint was minor. I had to go out of town and left a check with my father to pay if they finished completely. In misunderstanding between my father and myself they were paid before they finished completly. They just need to finish a bit of the trim on the inside of the sliding glass door and a bit of painting. When I called to find out when they were comming back I was informed they were working on a roof job and would come when they could. Mr Marell reminded me of the year guarantee. I was fine with this because I wasn't aware they had been paid so I was patient knowing they would want the second half of the payment so it couldn't be to long. However a few days later I found out they had been paid and became very concerned because I wasn't sure when they were coming back to finish so I called Mr. Marell. He didn't call me back. I was going out of town again for an extended time in a week so in a panic I called Mr. Wright. Mr. Marell called and finished the work in a few days. I did apoligise for my over reaction, I would rather not have had to bother Mr. Wright. The work was excellent. I would call Mr. Marell for work again.
