Salesman came out on June 3rd. I showed him the repairs that would be needed and he said he would prepare a quote. I called back on the 13th to check on the status of the quote, that I still had not received. Salesman said that he was behind and would get a quote out to me. As of July 8th, I still have not received a quote. Not very professional.

Estimator took a few days to respond to my initial request due to an illness (flu season). Otherwise, very prompt and courteous. Existing deck was removed and new deck completed within a day (as they had estimated). Very good craftsmanship.

They did a great job. Came back and made a change that I requested. I would use them again.

They were very responsive. They originally told me that the work wouldn't be accomplished until the first or second week in July, and it was completed two weeks earlier. I was on a tight schedule, so that worked out very well for me.

Everything went great..Got 4 estimates total and they had the best price..As far as quality of work ,I don't think you would ever find anyone that would or could do a better job..After job was done they cleaned everything up...EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND...And the wooden fence was built on this property...

The entire process was excellent. It was snowing and icy out on the day we scheduled our estimate and Bill showed up as promised regardless of the weather conditions. Our fence was installed on the date as promised with a confirmation call a few days in advance. Fence was built and completed in one day. We absolutely love it and could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this company :)

The customer service was great from beginning to end, the price was by far the best! The installers were here on time and all very professional. One of the best parts is they worked with the County to get all the permits and inspections done from the beginning to the end of the job. We can't say enough good about McGee Fence and Deck!

Jason showed up on time. Gave me a detailed written estimate that was clearly written. I signed the estimate and mail him a check to start the work. He contacted me with a date that the work would be completed. The work was completed promptly, site cleaned up. Jason checked on the finished product as I live out of state and sent me pictures. We were satisfied with the work completed and mailed him the final check. I would use him again.

We have been really happy with the fence. Some settling occurred but that is to be expected. The fence is working wonders - no more neighborhoods kids running through the yard, and the dog can't bother other dogs he doesn't like. So far 9 months later we are thrilled.

It went very well. The company is family owned. One of the owners arrived as scheduled to prepare the proposal. They were honest about when they could do the installation and the installation commenced on time. Completion took about three days, which was as projected. Site clean-up was good and final product was very satisfactory. Gave a B for quality because the fence is less than 6 months old and the driveway gate doors are sagging and will require resetting of latches, etc. which indicates that the hinges are not supporting the weight.

From start to finish, McGee Fence was superb! All employees, including our salesman, Bill; office support, Jason; and installers David and Jose were professional, adaptive and attentive to our needs. They installed a beautiful Wyngate fence around our entire backyard, installed a 5foot gate to our driveway. We couldn't have asked for better service and the installers were careful around all our gardens and dealt with a couple of changes on the fly. I would highly recommend these folks for their knowledge of their product and the cleanup and punctuality and sheer excellence in their trade. Quick, efficient and courteous. We are VERY HAPPY with their work, cost and follow up. always kept us in the loop prior and during construction.

They did an excellent job. The quote they gave us was by far cheaper than others and they were very professional. Prompt and neat. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with them and would advise others to use them any day.

Jason was on time to give us an estimate. We had to reschedule the installation due to inclement weather and he was easy to communicate with regarding the change of dates and our concerns over the ground being soft due to the spring thaw. The crew headed by Rick showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Job was completed on time and as specified. Would use this company again.

This company was a joy to work with. Actually, about 1 year ago, we had a privacy fence installed at the house from which we just moved. The salesman was knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get just what we wanted. The cost was a bit less than we had expected. The work was done when promised, the installers were professional, speedy, and cleaned up after themselves. We are VERY pleased with the end result.

My experience with McGee from the initial quote to the installation of the fence was positive. Beginning with the initial quote, they provided an accurate estimate based on our requirements. We even had to change the initial estimate and they modified accordingly with no issues. They had staff on hand to answer any questions we had. They arrived on the day of installation early and on time. The foreman, Julio, was friendly and provided expertise during the install. He made sure to follow up with me on any questions they had about our preferences and to make sure the job was correct. The entire job was completed in a satisfactory manner from start to finish. They even finished earlier than originally projected. I was impressed with the quality of work and most of the cleanup afterwards. They do cleanup after their work and they follow up with the customer to ensure the job is completed. McGee may be slightly pricey, but it was worth it in the end. I feel we received a quality product and service in the end. I would recommend McGee to anyone in need of fencing work for sure!

From sales to installation, they provided a great service. The salesman Bill was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I cannot be more pleased with how this project went. They even provided my neighbor a small section of fence at no charge to block out any pass-throughs from our yard. The workers were efficient, friendly, and super fast.

They were pretty good. I like that they were pretty responsive to the questions I have. They are worth looking at as an option. My friend just used them recently.

Overall, we had a great experience. Jeremy McGee project managed both jobs wonderfully since he had to get in a couple of specialists in order to complete both projects. For example, before the deck could be built, Jeremy arranged to have the air conditioning units moved to the side of our house and he arranged for a trusted electrician to complete the work for the interior. It was more than we wanted to pay, but the price was fair and there were no additional costs once the work began and both jobs were completed in just over a week. They were very professional and responsive to any concerns we had, therefore we are happy with the results. The only negative is that the electrician tracked in some mud on our carpet. McGee did steam clean it and offered to return if the stain remained once the carpet dries. They even moved some furniture back into the room for us.

They didn't show up when they were supposed to. Multiple times they said they had been working all day, but they didn't realize my wife had been working from home and she said they didn't show up until 2:30pm. They played music very loudly all day, they left trash around, and did some damage to my screen door. The craftsmanship of the deck is very good, but I would never use their service again because of all the shenanigans that I had to put up with. I constantly had to call them, I had to jump start their trucks for them, and I had to take a week off of work just to make sure this deck would get built.

I would recommend McGee Fence and Deck. Their price was what they said it would be. They were on time, but it took a while to get them out here. I will use them again if needed.

The work was done within a few hours while I was a work. Everything looks great, except for some unprofessional twist-tie looking pieces of metal at the top of the fence. These were not used in the original fence, so it does look repaired along this newer section.

Before the trees were installed the sales person told us that they had a one year garuantee. For whatever reason they died within the first year they would be replaced at no cost. We watered the trees and took care of them like we were told to do. Within a few months seven of the eleven trees were dead. I called McGee and left messages with the receptionist three times and no one called me back. Finally on the fourth try I got through to someone named Jason ( the owner I think). He reluctantly agreed to replace the trees within a week or two but NEVER did. He never even called us back. They have since shut their landscaping division of the company down, which was a good idea because they apparently were not good at it. For anyone in the market for a new fence or deck my advice would be please look elsewhere, I wish we did.
