The inspection was very thorough and professional. I feel that he explained everything to me as we went through the home. I got the report very quickly. I am ready to go to the seller armed with information about the home! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone buying a home.

They did a very thorough inspection and took the time to educate us about maintenance items we should be aware of as well. In addition to a detailed report with videos, the inspector spent an hour with me on the phone going through his findings. Their effort was excellent and very worthwhile.

David was very thorough and professional. He explained and prioritized any repairs that needed to be done. He even discussed them with me by phone a week later and provided me with resources to help with any projects. I would highly recommend him. A nice guy too.
