Long story shortâ ¦..My husband was in search for a construction company to help remodel part of our kitchen. He called about 3 or 4 companies, left voice messages, but no one ever returned our calls. Very frustrating. However, by the Grace of the Lord, upon returning to our vehicle at Home Depot lot, we noticed a business card left on our vehicle that said CMI Construction. I said to my husband, what were the chances!!! It felt like a mini Christmas miracle! My husband called, and about an hour later, Charles of CMI Construction returned his call!! Charles came the same day to look over the project. He started the next day. To shorten this post, Iâ m condensing Charles Weyer work traits. He was here 8 hours, and this is what I observed⠦⠦.Charles attention to detail is awesome, Work ethics are outstanding, very professional, Returns calls, takes pride in his work, Polite, offers suggestions, arrives on time, hard worker, cleaned up his workspace very well. At the end of the job, I heard Charles ask my husband if he was happy with his work. Then proceeded to say, if you are not happy with the outcome of my work, my job is not finished, I want you to be happy. Over the last three months we've hired CMI Construction Group for 3 different projects: replace our front storm door, replace our rear exterior door, and most recently, to replace our shower walls and door in the master bath. His commitment to producing high quality results is obvious. Other contractors we've had seemed to care more about rushing through a job rather than the final product. He treated each project with great care and attention. If he said he'd do something, he did, on time and on schedule. We found him very reliable. He was also very flexible. The shower wall panels we ordered through a big-chain home store did not arrive on the promised date. In fact we had to cancel the order after the product had not shipped after being 3 weeks overdue. We switched to tile from a local supplier. He was able to adjust his schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. He even went the extra step and save us a few hundred dollars by thoroughly cleaning our shower basin. It looks brand new! We highly recommend CMI Construction Group and will definitely call them for future projects.

I needed a wall and closed built in a finished basement area to create a bedroom. We thoroughly discussed what I wanted regarding the needed wall and the closet. The wall is perfect and ready for me to paint. The closet wound up having a custom built interior. Because it was custom, Charley spoke with me daily to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He is great to work with and his work is exceptional. This is the second job he has done in my home and I already have another project in the planning stages with CMI, Construction. I would recommend him to anyone.

Charles single handedly ruined my $10k bathroom remodel. He was hired to install shower glass. He took the initial measurements and then he came on 2 occasions to install. Installed it incorrectly. Looked terrible. Tried 3 other companies to repair. No one would touch it. I had to completely uninstall myself before someone would start over. After removing the brackets, I found where he drilled multiple extra holes in my tile for each bracket. New vendor brackets won t cover his mess. Now I have to remove/replace tiles or have holes showing beneath the new brackets. My bathroom is a total mess right now as I try to replace these tiles without damaging the rest of my shower. Don t let him near your shower!

Charles is the best contractor I have come across. His attention to detail is great. His quality of work is exceptional. I would hire him again without hesitation

Charles Weyer-CMI did an excellent job in remodeling two bathrooms, as well as, installing laminate flooring, crown molding, and chair rails in other rooms. I would hire him again for future renovations.

I came in from out of town temporarily to renovate my childhood home and was nervous about being able to easily find a dependable, honest renovator to do the work. I lucked out because I found Charlie through an online recommendation and he did an excellent job. He worked with me to suggest options so that I could stay within my budget and he did not take on another job during mine knowing I had severe time constraints. He was thorough in his work, testing and retesting plumbing repairs all over the house, modifying kitchen cabinets to fit newer appliances, searching out oddball hinges that I needed for older style kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding a shower in a tight space and taking great care to finish each project with quality work. Despite my time limitations, he did not rush nor do shoddy work his perfectionism worked in my favor. He was respectful of me and the property and always cleaned up the days workspace. I highly recommend him and will call on him again for future work.
