Watermark did a very good job in replastering my pool. They spent the time and effort required to remove the delaminated plaster and prep the surface for the new plaster. They were reliable on scheduling and completing the work.

Great! it's all done and we're using it. Very responsive, easy to work with, he is true to his words.

The owner of the company was there quite often, both to see how the work was going and to do some of the work himself (he spent a couple of days completely replumbing the pump house, which turned out fantastic and much easier to work with and around), and we enjoyed interacting with him. He was very patient with us (I am quite curious and ask a _lot_ of questions) and had a great sense of humor (not required for this work, but we very much enjoyed it). In particular he listened closely to what we wanted to do, and would often make a suggestion on how it could be done better - we went with his suggestions about 3/4 of the time (because they were better than our ideas). The cost was very competitive (we had one other bid that was about 40-50% higher). Both he and his crew were highly respectful of us, and we really enjoyed interacting with all three crew members who worked on our pool. They were very friendly and patiently answered all our questions.

The team lead (George) discussed the issue with Nick before arriving at the site. They determined that the issue was probably in the plumbing where PVC and fle pipe were used. They came up with a game-plan to repair. It was determined that the flex pipe had probably collapsed and had to be replaced The team did all the excavating and then removed all collapsed pipe then replaced with mnew PVC. They completed most all of the work within a day and made sure all woak was done professionally and very mneatly (they bagged all debris and carried it all away. Job was completed in a a timely fashion and all elements of the project were rated as outstanding.

The work is great! They gave us good pricing and the two teams that came did really nice work. They made sure everything was done properly.

Nick and his crew were absolutely amazing. We met Nick when we hired him to inspect an older pool that came with the house were thinking of buying. He worked with our tight schedule, was thorough, and did not try to sell his services regarding the renovations needed. We did decide to hire him for all the renovations and upgrades we wanted. Nick himself was frequently here to check on the work throughout the process, and make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy along the way. He was also great with communication. He always returned phone calls and emails within hours (and often minutes). He answered every question we had and never tried to sell us anything that we did not originally ask for. Every single one of his crews (the crew for the coping, tile, and plaster) was hard-working, professional, courteous, and on-time. There was not a day from start to finish that someone was not here working, unless it was pouring rain. The job was finished within a couple of weeks and the pool looks amazing! I would recommend Watermark to anyone and everyone.

The pool is 20 years old and the finish was fading along with tiles falling off every year at opening. We had the coping stones reset with new grout, new waterline tile, and a new Midnight Blue quartz finish. We weren't sure if we wanted new coping tile. Nick suggested resetting the blue Stone since they were in excellent condition. It is was a simple way to improve the look. He gave us plenty of time to select the tile and the finish. The work started in the Fall of 2019, but the weather was too cold to finish. They returned in the Spring of 2020 to complete the work. Working with Nick & his crew was very easy. They were polite and professional at all times. Their work is excellent. We are very pleased with the pool renovation.

Nick was very responsive, clear about what services he provides and which he does not. He personally managed the process and stayed on time and on budget.

After searching and searching through companies and multiple reviews, I stumbled upon Watermark Swimming Pools. They had THE best ratings I had seen and I decided to go with them. Well, they did not disappoint and I'm happy to say the ratings were well earned. Nick came out to do my initial estimate and was extremly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me decipher between being practical, extravagant and the realistic possibilities and expectations of both. His team was very professional and timely as well. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!!

The Watermark Pool rep was low-pressure, honest, and pleasant to interact with. The pool work was done very well and in a timely manner. The cost stuck to the estimate and was reasonable. This is by far the best the pool has ever looked!

Watermark carried out all defined services professionally and thoroughly. I received proposal within 3 days after requesting one. The proposed cost and work coverage was better than others I had received. Nick came to the house once I requested a proposal and reviewed the pool area so that his proposed work would be reflective of all conditions of the pool. The overall work was carried out professionally and the end result left me with a 'new pool'. The pool is relatively large (20 X 45)- 31,000 gallons and I now have a pool that is something I am proud. Nick stayed on top of all work in progress and kept me informed of each step and what was expected of each step. There were no hidden costs or surprises during the job or at completion.

Avoid Watermark Swimming Pool services. We had a major overhaul of our pool done 2.5 years ago. A year later, the coping stones began showing wear. They dragged their feet about doing anything. Now they've 'helpfully' replaced 17 of 57 coping stones, roughly half of those showing wear, and somehow think they've addressed the issue. Find someone else who will stand behind their work and fully fix any problems.

Nick of Watermark was a pleasure to deal with. If we had questions, he was prompt in his response and his suggestions were very helpful. The workers were excellent, very skilled and meticulous, and good communicators. I had called 3 other pool companies, and Watermark had the most reasonable bid and made the most sense to me. One reputable company told me they wouldn't be able to find brick coping that would fit our pool once the cantilever deck was cut out. Obviously, they were wrong. And Watermark was the only company I contacted that offered a 2 year warranty. The rest offered 1 year only. Altogether, this was as close to perfect an experience with a contractor that we've ever had.

The project was a great success. The Watermark team did excellent work, completed the work in a timely manner, were courteous and cleaned up after each phase. The plastering with the quartz looks better than expected and the wall and tile repairs look amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent! I would re hire and certainly recommend Nick and crew. They cleaned up every day even when plastering. Even though it is the outside of your home, it was not new install so we used the back patio etc during the renovation. They left everything cleaned up and swept every night. 2018 was a very, very rainy summer and Nick kept us up to date with schedule etc. he is very professional and pleasant to work with.... We had a set budget and needed some guidance on tile selection, pattern ideas, etc. This is where Nick's experience comes in handy! He came out several times with samples, stood in the sun while we walked around and looked at options. He offered several cost options. We finally used his in-site and could not be happier with the outcome. He did not "up sell" in any but wanted us to be happy with outcome. Nick gave us a great suggestion for the driving ledge and steps that have created a really beautiful look to our pool. The pool is fantastic and we are looking forward to another great season this year.

They were extremely professional. They did a beautiful job without stressing me out. The entire crew was polite, knowledgable and respectful of my property. They went right to work, cleaned up beautifully, never left any gates open or left any mess. They were working all the time, no horseplay, no noise, they were strictly business. Nick, the owner, is a delightful person. He made very helpful suggestions on how to make the pool look great again without spending too much money. There was no hard see during the estimate, he laid out all my options and the prices were reasonable for such quality workmanship. I am completely delighted with the work they did. This is the second job they did for me and I would definitely recommend them!!! You will be happy!

Our experience with Watermark was excellent. Our older pool was in dire need of restoration...replaster, caulking, new tile, and coping. We called several companies but was greatly impressed with the owner, Nick. He was knowledgeable, thorough, reliable and was obvious to us he knew exactly what he was doing. His pricing was in-line. As we had questions along the way, he responded to us immediately. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship. After completion, he wanted to be sure that proper steps were taken to close the pool for the winter. We cannot say a negative word about Nick and his company. Our family anxiously awaits spring! Wonderful. We always get a numbers of bids. They did a really job. Nick the owner, came out several time to show us how the work will work. The quality was just beautiful. Always return calls. When they can not come, Nick will always email up and very professional. The crew , every night they clean up everything.

They were a delight to work with, efficient and did the job when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and we were very satisfied with the job. I will highly recommend and continue to use them.

We had a complete remodel done on our in ground pool. We had it resurfaced, new pipes new decking, and pool pump. We could not be more pleased with the work. Looks wonderful and we could not be happier.

Excellent service. We have been very pleased with Watermark. The service is professional and conscientious. We originally called Watermark when another company with whom we tried to work was extremely unresponsive. Watermark's work, especially the crack repair, has held up well. We did not hesitate to call them when we decided to move the pump and filter.

I was reviewing pool contractors ratings on Angie's list when I came upon and contacted Watermark. Nick responded to my inquiry and came out to meet with me soon after. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to get me a detailed proposal, as well as responding to my emails . Due to extenuating circumstances we were not able to move forward.
