Scare tactics and used square footage to charge like what the total freak? Air cost per square footage? First was 200 bucks then up to-$1800, and I bought UV light for $600 which lasted only 6 months. Freaking Jews and their ripping off people tactics. I was dumb to hire such company and not honoring their price and still went through with it.

I normally do not write anything and I normally like to give a company a chance to defend themselves as I know most people only write when they are angry. HOWEVER, I had a continued bad experience with this company. First I got a coupon fora duct cleaning and when I called and told them what I needed done they explained that everything would be good. Then when the guy came out he told me I needed the deep cleaning because the cleaning I was under the impression I was getting was not good enough. I asked the difference in the cleaning and he told me to call the office as I did he drove off. I was able to talk to the office and they explained everything and I felt even though over double in price I wanted to do it right. They were then not able to get anyone out to my house till the next day which messed up the fact that I had a cleaning company coming in to make sure the house was clean after their work. They ensured me that they do not make a mess. So the next day I took off ANOTHER day of work. The ladies I talked to on the phone were all very helpful and nice and the gentleman that came out the next day was extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately, when my family came and I said they were great besides having to spend the rest of the day cleaning up after them, my family pointed out that there were finger prints all around the vents and when they looked at one of my returns there was dirt still in the duct. When I called to explain how I was disappointed again the lady I talked to was completely understanding and helpful to remedy the situation and told me Mary would contact me. Sadly they gave Mary the wrong number so we were not able to talk when I returned he call she was too busy to talk to me so the gentleman that answered the phone (who I had dealt with before and has always been condescending) kept calling me the wrong name after repeated corrections and then was rude and unhelpful saying I was lying. He then hung up on me. I have never been treated with such disrespect especially after I had tried to be understanding and tried to work with them. As I said most of the women I talked to were very nice and the guy that came out the second day was very nice. It is sad that someone in customer service can be so rude and dismissive of customer needs. I originally wanted to use them for my parents house but after the repeated mistakes I don't even think they know how to run a business.

The technician began by checking the furnace and taking pictures of it with his phone. He then showed me the pictures which he said showed there was mold in there. He said the mold was not that bad yet and then showed me pictures of another furnace he had supposedly worked on showing a much worse case of mold. It was a scare tactic and I fell for it. He said it would cost an additional $159 to clean and sanitize the furnace. I agreed. Later he asked me how long it had been since my dryer vent was cleaned and showed me pictures also meant to shock me about the condition of my dryer vent. I thought the dryer vent cleaning was included in the $129 cost, but he brought out the company's price list and showed me what a deep cleaning of the vent, which he said was very long, would cost. I said that was too much so he offered to do it for $50 "under the table." I agreed to that as well. My total cost came to $338, of which $288 was put on my credit card. I wrote him a check for $50 separately in his name. This was unprofessional and I now regret having done it. The company, I believe, engages in deceptive pricing practices and uses scare tactics to obtain more money than its advertised price for services. The technician also told me the AC was ok but he didn't perform the check as other companies I've hired in the past have done. I don't believe he performed a genuine check.
