Description of Work: Joe gave a fair estimate on the roof repair and fixing a hard to find leak. We have an old slate roof with metal and architectural finials. He found exact finials to match existing.

Description of Work: Gave option of repair and maintenance as well as replacement option. Costs were fully explained. Very professional and polite. The work was scheduled in a timely manner especially considering the conditions of winter 2014.
