The techician arrived promptly -- first thing in the morning. He spent about 30 minutes checking the furnace and said it seems to be in good shape.

I really liked them. I ended up getting a second deal because their customer service is really good. It was a tie between them and I was going to go with another company but I didn't really want to do a whole duct work. I liked the high velocity one because they just did very minimal duct work. The system is working great so far.

They confirmed I needed a new furnace but they were a little pricey.

They were great. They were knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves. They were here for 4 days and they did a great job. The people who did the job were very professional. I highly recommend them. With regards to pricing, I don't have a comparison. I wasn't able to get comparable prices, but I think it was a fair price for the work they did.

The person doing the tune-up was over 30 minutes late to an 8am sharp appointment, which was disappointing. When he did arrive, he worked quickly and efficiently. I don't know if he did all 21-points of the tune-up, however. For example, he never touched the thermostat even though one of the points said to calibrate & level thermostat. This may be more from my lack of knowledge on how HVAC/Furnace systems work. All that said, my system seems to be running much more efficiently, seems to heat better, and is generally not as loud since Sila came by. The gentleman who did the work was knowledgeable and took the time to answer a bunch of questions I had, so overall I'd say with the lateness, my unsureness on how much of the tune-up he did combined with the noticeable difference in the furnace and the time he took to talk to me, I give Sila a solid B. They didn't blow me away, but I did feel I got my money's worth. In situations like these, I guess no news is good news.

It all began with the excellent customer service received when calling to schedule the appointment. They were very friendly and courteous. The technician was very helpful, skillful, provided excellent advise and feedback. Thank you Sila for the great service from beginning to end.

I bought an Angie's List deal for a boiler inspection. Everything was done quickly, and one of the valves on a leaking radiator was fixed in less than an hour. I would recommend them, and would use them in the future as they were honest and efficient.

The overall work effort of Sila was excellent. Sila installed a new state-of-the art furnace and air conditioning system, replacing 20 year old equipment. Sila also established two separate zones using existing duct work and new ducts and installed theromstats to control the system. The work was performed in a highly efficient and professional manner. Each of the technicians who worked on this project were polite and clearly committed to providing excellent service. When I encountered a problem with the placement of the thermostats, Sila responded immediately and moved the location of the devices so that they controlled the heat level more responsively. I have been using this system for the past month and a half and am very satisfied. I would highly recommend Sila. It is an outstanding company.

Had a problem with our blower system. They came out and diagnosed the issue, cleaned and checked other parts and gave us great advice on how to maintain our heating system.

The technician arrive on time to perform the estimate and put together the parts list, he was extremely professional. I did have to follow up to schedule the work as they were supposed to contact me when the parts came in. The same tech came out to do the install and was neat and courteous. They used pro-press fittings in lieu of soldering joints which would not have been my preference but I understand that is how the industry is going.

I didnt use the deal because they were wanting to charge me additional money to come out and look at the pilot lighting. The big deal that is online doesn't include the pilot lighting although one would think so.

They did a pretty good job and I would recommend them.

Sila provided 3 estimates for a new system and the installation of the new systems (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) was scheduled. On the day of the installation one of the technicians had an accident and couldn't continue the job so Sila sent over other technicians to finish the job, and the original installers later came back on a subsequent appointment to finish the job. Overall, the system is more efficient accorfding to my utility bills but I have had concerns about the installation. When I switched from AC to heating in the fall, I found that there was no heat coming from the vents, just air. I called Sila and they sent someone over as soon as possible to figure out what was happening. It turned out that something had not been connected during installation and the problem was fixed. Then in January I noticed that the house was not heating up as usual - it took more than 3 hours for the temperature to go from 66 to 68 degrees. I called Sila again and they sent another technician to see what the problem was. He said one of the system settings needed adjustment though it was not clear to me why this happened since up until then it hadn't been a problem. I mentioned that the outside units had started making a loud noise that didn't sound right when they turn on/off and he said that it was due to the extremely cold weather and that they would send someone over in the Spring to check the outside units. However, the loud noise continue even when the weather has not been that cold so I will again call Sila to have someone check that out. ,So far Sila has been very responsive to the problems I have brought to their attention but I am concerned that I paid a lot of money for new systems that already have had problems. Before moving forward with the installation, I asked about the quality of the systems that were to be installed and the Sila representative told me that they were good units and the most important thing was the expert installation that Sila offered. This has stuck in my head given what happened during the installation and the problems the systems have had since. I will update this review after the outside units are checked this Spring.

My wife and I recently bought a house, and the furnace is seventeen years old. We got the $90 21-point inspection deal (though $90 is the average price for this type of work, regardless of a coupon). The technician, Joey, arrived ahead on time and did a very thorough inspection. He answered the questions I had, and didn't try to charge me for any unneeded services (with such an old unit, I've come to expect something always needs to be replaced/repaired). I'll definitely use them again.

I contacted Sila via the Angie's list app and received a response the next day. Two techs, Julio and Joey, came out to perform the work and did an excellent job. I would definitely call them for future repairs or maintenance work on my heating/ac system.

Sila is probably our favorite service provider. When under our house investigating frozen pipes one night, we discovered that our HVAC ductwork had collapsed, which quickly led to the meltdown of our furnace right during a record-breaking cold snap. We have had a service plan with Sila for the past several years as a result of numerous issues with our furnace; they have always responded quickly to make sure we got our heat or AC back up and running. This time was no exception. Our frantic call to Sila the next morning produced two amazing techs who were out to our house within a few hours. They offered quick options to replace the ductwork and either repair or replace our ancient furnace (which we had been fighting with for several seasons). We elected to replace our furnace, and they gave us a discount for labor since they would already be there replacing the ductwork; they also tacked on our service plan to the end of the warranty for our new furnace. Despite the fact that we had a snowstorm that night that dumped 5-7 inches and cancelled schools, work, etc., they showed up at our house the next morning bright and early and quickly completed the install. Everything looks great and we are relieved that we no longer have to worry about our HVAC system. The techs were all wonderful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Sila scheduled my appointment for the same day, almost immediately, and the technician, Julio, was even EARLY for the timeslot I had! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and quite efficient. I would definitely use Sila again and recommend them to others.

Service was quick, polite, and in and out with no problems, and at a great price. Turns out I needed a minor part replaced-- they had the replacement part within a week and swapped it out quickly without much fuss or much extra charge. I'll gladly call them back to service my HVAC every season!

I had a good experience. The type of heating system I had did not require most of the checks which he explained to me. He showed up on time and was professional.

Sila's serviceman was great - he said basically that our set up was just not a great set up for cold weather climates and gave us some options to think about. He didn't sell any specific product or service and seemed to give an honest appraisal of our situation. He gave us exactly what we were looking for, we just had to pay for his time to come out and look at it.
