Sila Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

The furnace tune-up went really well. Sila Heating arrived timely and performed the requested service in a professional manner. We also used Sila for our A/C tune-up and plan to use them again next year! Would definitely recommend.

It's a new system, so it's pretty straightforward, but we were given great advice and took his suggestion to sign up for their ongoing service at a discount. He even advised the best times of year to have it serviced. Would highly recommend.

They were so professional. They even called my tenant to set it up in my behalf. My tenant told me that they were punctual and very courteous. Would definitely rehire again.

Joey was right on time, polite, courteous, and efficient. Sila called and told me he'd be showing up in 10 minutes. He talked me into the spring AC servicing contract, which is fine as I am interested in trying a different company than the one I'd previously been. I'd like a different/second point of view on my AC unit.

They are always punctual, efficient, professional and neat. I will continue to use them. They make doing the right thing as a homeowner easy.

My condenser was in my ceiling and it was leaking. The young man came and he was up thee for 15 minutes and he said he’d flush the line out and I noticed later that evening that it had started leaking again and I called them back the next day to tell them I still have a leak and they were here within the hour and he blow out the whole line from the attic all the way out because the other guy had not blown it all the way to the ground and I have not had any problem’s that’s why my air went out they were the first person I thought to call.

I really them and they are good for me. I came in on a Sunday and I called them within an hour or to the guy was here. He went and checked it and before he did any work he said I just want to let you know this is what’s wrong and before I move any further I just want you know what the cost is. So you have the option to have me do the work or if you want to have someone else come out and take a look at its fine. It was 95 degrees so I had the work done. I was satisfied with their promptness and for them explaining what was worn and they showed me the part that was bad, this is what I’m taking out and this is what I’m putting in to replace it. When I called he said they were completely booked but he would try to work me in or if I could just hold out and he could have someone out here first ting in the morning and that it what I opted to do.

I got no service from this vendor who said it was out of their area...When I called support they told me I was .hit outta luck!!!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal. It wasn’t quite a deal that I expected it to be because it turned out I had a propane water heater instead of a gas water heater, which is what they were offering, but we were able to work out a deal and it worked. They were willing to work with me, given that I purchased the wrong thing.

The first time they showed up, there was confusion as they came to do a heating system check, but while on site they handle the reschedule professionally and quickly. The plumber that did the service was friendly, efficient and informative.

It went great. I think these great are very professional and the prices are fair.

Very well; found serious sediment in water heater during the flush. Very thorough and inspected water pressure and pipes throughout the house.

This company was phenomenal! Their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work were stellar. I had three bids on their work, a small private contractor who did some maintenance on my AC the previous year, Cropp Metcalf (who had done high-quality work on my furnace in the past), and Sila. The latter two came in within $1,000 of each other, but because of the Angie's List reviews, the list of references they gave me (hundreds), and the confidence they projected, I went with this previously unknown company. I was not disappointed

The service went well. They did what I expected and they did it well.

Sila did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and providing a good solution - checked and balanced Freon pressure, and volts, repaired capacitor, installed new thermostat.

I will recommend them. They provide quality work. They're reliable.

They came and couldn't find the breaker so they came the next day and fixed it in five minutes. I used them twice and I'm very satisfied with them. Great service. What stood out was the efficiency of the technician who came. He was able to figure out what was the issue right away. They're friendly with the customer. They're great. The price is A because they came twice. I will absolutely use them again.

Kudos to SILA! This contractor is World-Class, start to finish! Setting up the visit was quick and easy. The plumber (Wayne) is just an outstanding person. He was friendly, professional, and did great work in a very timely manner. He did an excellent clean up. Wow! We cannot say enough great things about our two service visits from SILA Plumbing & Heating.

Great! The tech was on time, very easy to work with and really knew his trade. Overall a pleasant experience. We will be hiring them again.
