The price was good. They were really awesome. They were excellent. What stood out were their responsiveness and the level of service, very personable service. The sales rep was great.

I purchased the special at the end of October so I can get the fixtures replaced before Thanksgiving. When they called the said they were book until the week before Thanksgiving. So I made my appointment. The day of the Appt and hour late they called and said they couldn't come bc another customer sewer got backup. Instead of trying to fit me in there schedule they said no one could come to my house until after Thanksgiving. I was livid. I express to the lady that this was a big inconvenience and I had people coming from out of town but she would not budge. I had to find another plumber on the fly and they did not refund my prepaid money or ever call back to reschedule. I really want my money back because I didn't receive a service. Don't use this company. They placed a special and don't have the manpower to support it. I'm still upset.

The technician arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the work. I initially thought I would need two toilets repaired; however, he advised that only one needed work. He was very honest and pleasant. I've used this company a number of times and they are very professional and do the work needed. They arrive on time.

The big deal turned out fine. Sila Heating & Air Conditioning did a fine job. He's professional yet friendly. He spoke English. He did a really good job. He was out real fast. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The pricing was just fine. I probably would use this company again.

Service was scheduled within a week from the purchase of the deal, the technician called when he was on his way and came on time, he was very polite and left the area clean. He gave me a report on the appliances conditions. I was very happy with the service!

I received a call before Billy arrived informing me of the arrival time. Billy was prompt, friendly, very helpful and informative. He was able to figure out the furnace issues and recommended some follow up services.

I highly recommend Sila Heating & Air Conditioning. They're a pretty big company, I guess. So far, my experience with them was less then a year but they did a very professional job and I'm very pleased with the quality of their service. I interacted with them professionally. So I highly recommend them. I just called them in for a routine service and they found out the boiler wasn't working anymore so they put in a new boiler- a high energy efficiency one. They did turn that around really quickly before it got cold. They did an excellent job on a very complicated system. I have 5 zones in my system and they were able to handle that very effectively. It takes a high quality of experience to be able to handle a system that complicated.

On time arrival and professional job in installing the water heater and removing the old one. Very polite. Good clean-up. Best of all, I now have hot water!

I found that they were straight forward with their assessment they did cut any corner and I felt like they were professional and they were gonna run any gimmicks they weren't just going to assume that they issue was one thing or another they were actually going to their investigative work to figure out what exactly what's going on with it and so they were good I knew what was going on, I understood what was going on and I think the technician did good work.

They are very informative. They explain everything to you. They are knowledgeable and responsible.

Piping is sticking out from the wall about 5 inches. Their truck says "heating and air conditioning", but nothing about plumbing. I had to loan him a tool, as he was having trouble getting through the wall. He's clearly not a plumber by trade, and now I feel like I have to figure out how to correct the problems. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and efficient.

The plumber wanted to charge me $330 to replace the valve on the shower which he stated would take more than 2 hours to repair. I had time to look up the potential problem online since they were late to see what the possible repairs were. It takes about 15 minutes to replace a $20 part. I cancelled the order and called another plumber to repair the valve at $125. This company was totally over priced on their services and labor.

The first three appointments were missed. Finally on the fourth try they came out. Once they finally showed up the service was completed satisfactorily.

They have been her many times to maintain my HVAC system throughout the past 3 years. I haven't had any problems.

Very Well! The tech went through everything with me and answered several of my questions as a new home owner.

After it was checked out, my furnace stop working. They told me what was wrong and they quoted a very high price. I went with someone else. They found the problem and fixed it for a very fair price.

I was very thankful that there were no more links from my ceiling from the tub and the toilet was flushing properly.

OK. They had to go to Home Depot to get more parts. They finally got the problem fixed. The service man was professional.

First day, the plummer installed the kitchen faucet following the provided instructions. The faucet worked fine. He called from his personal cell after completion of the job to let me know he forgot to turn the outside water off again (winter). That evening we noticed the dishwasher was not receiving water. Called the plummer who directed us how to turn it back on. That evening the the water supply to the faucet becomes separated and we have a major flood from under the sink. I call the plummer directly who says he will be at our house between 0800-0900 the next morning. At 0830 the next morning his office calls to say he will be there between 1000--1400. At 1415 I call the office who state he will be at our house around 15:15., He arrives at 1545. Puts together the water supply to the faucet which is a simply "click" of a plastic connector. The plummer gives me a totally made up explanation that there was a manufacturing defect to the faucet. Asked if he got the "click " as required in the instruction the day before he says I do not think so. He writes up the whole experience and asks me to sign a document that places the blame on the manufacturer of the faucet. I refuse...It was his fault but for me not that big a deal until he tries to place the fault on somebody else not to mention I missed a day of work that I did not have to.
