Sila Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Not so well. My problem with Sila is that I was told over the phone that it would be $98 to send a technician out to do this job, which I agreed to. Once the technician came out and finished, Sila charged me the cost of sending someone out *plus* extra time, so the charge came to $215. What a rip off, and that was not what I was told over the phone! I then spoke with the office manager, who would not admit that he did not fully explain his charges to me over the phone. I will never do business with Sila again, and truly cannot recommend them. They're way more interested in making money than on honoring their word or on having positive customer relations.

They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Professional installers, delivered and installed new water heater within 3 working days of my placing an order, also at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. Very happy with the overall experience, I would use Sila for future work.

It went well, except the plumber (not so surprisingly) found that more was needed than just the faucet. So he left for supplies and came back with a new trap, necessitating some additional payment.

They do it for me every year, usually in the spring. I have a service plan with them, it's $300. Just one person came out to complete the service. He was efficient and checked everything that needed to be checked. They make small upgrades and repairs and it's pretty fast.

See above, lots of misinformation flowing around, told offer applied on 2 occasions okay we can do it and each time later they said it did not apply. Hello, who is in charge of this organization. Counter offer was not for what I needed but SUDDENLY they realize I was seeking a 40 gal unit not a 50. Did you read the last two messages I sent with those details?

Joey came out to do a furnace tune-up on my system. The system was short-cycling, so I hoped a tune-up would solve the problem. He came in, took the system apart, and did what he could do, but the system was still not functioning properly. He continued to work on my system and discovered that my blower unit was VERY dirty. Sometimes you feel that people are trying to up sell you, so I was a little hesitant to pay the extra for the cleaning. Needless to say, it solved the problem, and I'm glad I paid the extra money. When Sila comes back out to service my AC in the summer, hopefully they'll send Joey again. Professional company. I will continue to use their services.

They managed everything like I needed, and performed the services properly. They are really professional. They workers were professional as well. They were good at communicating.

Very well. The two workers were very professional and helped one another. As an OEF Veteran, they reminded me of two veterans working together to accomplish a mission. Very impressive! $749 for the 50 gallan tank and installation, $150 for expansion tank and $150 for shut off valve instead of the regular knob. Total $1049.

It turned out very well. There was no extra charge than the $89. One person came out for the service. It took about 45 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. They left the area perfectly clean.
